@TheCanOpenerOfTruth I dont get this either...it is a complete mess..sandbag keeps filing appeals..and now has sued the state..of all things..all he is doing is prolonging the suffering of Tony and adding dirty dollars to his pocket..if you check my profile, you can find links to updates...i try to keep it updated..this shite needs to end..thank you for the comment Paul..i appreciate your support..i know how much you love the animals..and Tony too...

@cloversweed - I just can't believe this is still dragging on because of Sandbag's determination to keep Tony a prisoner so he can still go on making money. He doesn't love that cat or else he would have abided by the court's decision. This is just so unfair that he can issue appeal after appeal in order to keep Tony imprisoned. This makes me sick.

excellent video update, mary! i told you that your visits matter a helluva lot because you are an eye-witness! a magnificent tiger should never be confined to a cage, esp when the objective is to sell gas and make lotsa dollars! it's immoral and not acceptable in the 21st century but that's america these days, soulless and worshipping at the feet of mammon! as for mike sandlin and his heart attack, karma! he imposed suffering on another, may he suffer agony for along time to come, merry xmas!

LOL..in this VID I was playing with that truck driver when we both said..we would go in the cage with Tony...i hope you all know that..this vid was a cut up vid..had some fun...a tiger may just absolutely LOVE YOU....but love you to death...not meaning to do it..like one of my dogs played with a wild rabbit..he loved it to death too..:(((

UPDATE Dec 16, 2011 Friday:

Mr. Sandlin: "SUSPENSIVE APPEAL FILED WITH LOUISIANA FIRST CIRCUIT COURT TODAY. THE BATTLE CONTINUES!!!"

This is no surprise for Mr. Sandlin's attorney did state the appeal process must go forward. Defn: A suspensive appeal is one that suspends the effect or execution of an appealable order or judgment. This means that Mr. Sandlin, again, is trying to delay the courts decision by stopping the courts decision a 3rd time, UNTIL the NEW APPEAL is heard and decided in a Higher Court. Therefore, more legalese BS and DELAYS until ALL of Mr. Sandlin's legal options have been exhausted.
