How often does it snow in Vancouver on January? Is it covered with snow the whole month or it only snows once in a while?

i remember the winter of '07 very well... 2 feet + of snow in vancouver is unheard of!

Honestly its annoying when the snow comes here in Vancouver because normally its raining or really sunny and then thi year (2009) just RIGHT after it was frikin sunny and hot came snow where everything was closed and streets and stores, buses, skytrains, and everything was shut down!!! I personally AM NOT a big fan of snow.

But Vancouver usually doesn't get much snow sometimes almost none.. except last winter.. that was ridiculous.
