I am a long time fan and former NJ resident born in Neptune. I was at the first show after you said good bye your friend.

The band was strong and the tribute was well done. Danny heard you in heaven that night.

Phantom Danny was a great band player, and from the way you described him, a great human being. He will forever be missed. But, as long as you keep playing Bruce, Danny will still be part of the E Street Band. In fact, I believe he was standing on the stage there with you guys during the Super Bowl. Even though his spirit has passed, we can still hear him in your music.
