I bet that was all a set up. The comic and the "heckler" are most likely friends The person in the fur coat is what they call a "plant" in the business. I have dabbled in the comedy industry for many years and know the tricks of the trade.

I would also say that wasn't a beer he was drinking, but water in a beer can. That way the comedian can appear drunk but keep his wits sharp.

A lot of work obviously went into this performance and it was very well executed. Kudos to all the actors involved!
