  • what he is trying to do is help you people more so when you start P90X you wont cry and complain he is directing this for yhose who never worked out in there lifes , i would reccomened you people to get some cardio going losimg a few pounds before P90X shakeology really does work btw

  • Hi Iam a weight lifter but out of shape for some reason I can't do push ups or pull ups would I still have the ability to do p90x

  • I've lost 25 pounds in the first 50 days, started at 280 pounds, umad?

  • So i guess you didn't get the t-shirt so you didn't earn it

  • @MrWatsonKboy LOL... I need to make a video of my having the shirt. Thanks for watching and commenting. :)

    -Devin

  • aggg heard this guy make me feel sick i was overweight like 198 pounds (91kg) and i didnt care i just set my goals and keep my persistence up, p90x done and starting with p90x 2 ^^

  • @suckit9567 Good luck with X2.... as it is more hype than anything challenging. Sure the med ball balance moves are challenging, but some moves are just weird in phase 1.

Looking forward to moving on to the next phase to see if it gets any better. So far P90X is better than X2, but more to come.

    -Devin

  • Which program did you start with?

  • You know they have a P90 dvd series, which came out years before P90X. If you get those first, it will work you up to the P90X fitness level. P90X is a follow up/ next step to that series.

  • @ghstnmachi Great tip... thanks for sharing!

    -Devin

  • I started p90x at 380 lbs and obviously at that weight I was extrememly overweight. After 4 weeks so far I've dropped 2 pant sizes and lost 19 lbs. I love it and it has totally changed my life.

  • Thanks for being honest and attempting to inform people not to buy those products until you get into some kinda shape....

  • @MsJaggster I appreciate your ability to understand what I was trying to accomplish.

    Thanks for watching and commenting.

    -Devin

  • If you watch his whole video, he makes practical sense. There are so many people out there that jump into stuff without preparation and quit because it's too hard. I don't see anything wrong with what he's saying.

  • People grow up, he wasn't promoting his own product, or bringing down p90x. But I do believe anybody can do this if they have the determination.

  • @cyost13 Most do not have the level of commitment to complete it. I'm glad you understand what I was saying.

    Thanks for watching and commenting.

    -Devin

  • wanna get fit? do p90x not this old mans workout garbage

  • @deathmetal1ean Another putts.... not watching the full video.

    Seriously get a life!

  • Was that his zipper unzipping at 1:13?

  • i did P90X and i wasn't the most fit kid, i was the best choice i ever made!!!!!!!!!!

  • @Tsciortino97 That is awesome!

    Keep up the good work...

    -Devin

  • Shut the fuck up, I lost 30pounds with your dumbss webcite or p90x bull, BY MYSELF.

  • @JDMHATCHGUY34 LOL... you can't even spell!

Thanks for the view and comment it helps this video move up in the rankings. :P

    -Devin

  • i understand you are pushing your own product or service, but don't bring other products down. i doubt you have enough evidence to back up your claims. i have been using p90x and have gotten results.

  • @whoditit Let me say as you know P90X and the Shakeology is the same company, so I'm not sure why everyone has gotten upset saying I'm promoting something else.

I'm a huge fan of P90X and just purchased P90X2, but I am now a promoter of Body by Vi, is that what you mean. As I'm not sure.

Thanks for the view and comment.

More vids coming with Les Mills Pump Combat and P90X2 when it arrives.

    -Peace!

  • i cant beleive i clicked to watch this idiot talking about fittness but he looks like a whale

  • @greekmaster1001 LOL.... thanks for another view and comment.

    -Devin

  • I quit just because of the title. I'm a loser.

  • I do not agree with you or this body. P90x is a great tool for the experienced or beginner. You're just trying to make a buck and are smashing a program that has proven itself with thousands. I really wanna find you and give you a beat down you sob! Very angry riight now. I hate people like you

  • @Meidcmoore Is this a threat or are you tryin to bully me?

Abviously you are another example of someone who doens't know what they are talking about by not watching the full video or knowing P90X and the program I menttioned are all linked together.

    -Devin

  • You're telling people to not purchase P90X, which is BEST at home program around BUT buy YOU'RE fitness program?! LOSER

  • @ironman2b1 What program did I tell them to purchase?

    -Devin

    90dc.info

  • I can't take anyone with a soul patch serious.... 90's are long gone. Stop being creepy.

  • @whfalcon Thanks... I shaved this off last spring right afterI made this video.

    Thanks for watching and commenting.

    -Devin

  • ur gonna quit, if, wont, cant, wont, couldnt, shouldnt wouldnt. dont. Will not happen. IF,IF IF IF, wont cant.

You have your opinion, i respect that. But starting out a video with a whole bunch of ifs, you'll quits, Cant do this. wont happens.. Thats what got you the dislikes.

  • @p1STOLEER Thanks for watching and commenting....

    -Devin

    90dc.info

  • Do not listen to this man, listen to someone that is NOT overweight unlike him and actually LOOKS healthy unlike him. Go buy P90X right now and get fit.

  • @0fChrist Please tell us what makes you an expert!

    -Devin

  • Yeah don't buy P90x or insanity just download the torrent for free like me! =)

  • @erik3423 YEA PIRACY!!!!!!! STOP SOPA!!!!!

  • @erik3423 If it's worth having, it's worth paying for. That's my philosophy anyway.

  • i got insanity for free.

so i might as well did it..

    its working so far..

  • Thanks for your video but I don't agree with you. I've had 7 knee surgeries (one replaced) and two minor strokes. I haven't worked out in years. But, I started the P90X and love it! I found that I am addicted to the work outs. I started only doing half an hour instead of the full hour but then did 1/2 hour of treadmill to make up for it. I agree, some folks may quit, but quite a few of us don't. I tried the shakeology but the taste is God-awful. I drink Isopure from GNC.

  • @DavidG57 I'm glad you found out how to do P90X without quitting. I USED to drink Shakology and really couldn't stand the taste either, that is why I switched to the Vi Shake. Yum Yum Yum!

    -Devin

    90dc.info

  • He is right. The p90x starter video says something similar. It does depend on your determination and what kind of shape you are in.

  • @danimacwilly Thank you my friend... Well said!

    Thanks for commenting and watching.

    -Devin

    90dc.info

  • @danimacwilly AGREE

  • Thats why they have power 90, the precursor of p90x. do research

  • Seriously?! Man you have it wrong, OF CORSE you cant start from the top you HAVE to BUILD UP! It does work -YOU just have to use it PROPERLY!

  • @SuperSplat7 Thanks for your view and comment.

BTW..... I'm on round 3.5.... check out my Tough Mudder training video and see if look differently.

Peace! Have an awesome Christmas and a prosperous New Year!

    -Devin

    90dc.info

  • @SuperSplat7 Dude i agree with that guy,..that p90x stuff is a bit of a scam

  • Devin, great video bro!! You're looking great and you inspire me to start working out again.

  • @successpayswell Thanks Greg.. this was in old video, hopefully you were referring to something more recent.

Hope all is well on your end!

    -Devin

    90dc.info

  • @DevinHunterLive

well devin i started p90x when i was 320 lbs (sad i kno) but it was hard but i did the lower level workouts and now im 180 lbs after 3 rounds, but i do appreciate you informing people of the difficulty of doing this

  • @iinneeddaannaammee That is all I'm trying to do with this video..... no ulterior motives.

    Thanks for watching and commenting!

    -Devin

    90dc.info

  • @successpayswell I'm speaking of your most recent posts on facebook mainly as I can see your looking healthy and that inspires me to start working out. This was a good video also ;)

    Greg DeMario

  • @successpayswell Do it! Starting taking the baby steps daily. Let me know....

    -Devin

  • I will continue to use P90X as I have lost 75 lbs since I started and I am on round 2 of it. I went real slow at first as I couldnt do as many reps as the people in the video did. But if you had kept going you would have known that Tony says stop if you have to take a break start again. All he ever asked is your best but not to stop. I never stopped as I didn't want to be a looser. Sorry you couldn't hack it. just goes to show what kind of man you really are.

  • @DemonRat71 hmmm.... not sure what the last sentence meant, but at the time I was 48, and now 49 have completed 3 rounds, working on my 4th and all rounds were full bore. That is the way I roll..... no modified moves and only a few reps. I'm all or nothing. :)

    Thanks for watching and commenting.

    -Devin

    90dc.info

  • in my opinion, shakeology is FUCKING DUMB. stop buying fucking magical powder and start learning and practising proper nutrition. As for excercise, start where ur comfortable, work ur way up until u feel like u could do intensity. none of this magic powder bullshit.

  • @dirosaga What about juicing?

We are battling the fast food industry. Any meal replacement shake is better than eating a big mac and fries.

I'm personally drinking the Vi shakes as they are not chocolate based like Shakeology but instead has a cream base flavor the tastes like cake.

    Thanks for watching and commenting.

    -Devin

    90dc.info

  • @DevinHunterLive oh i agree im sure it is better. But, sooner or later, your going to have to learn how to eat healthy. I don't think anyone could drink the same shakes their whole life. Instead of going to shakeology, why not start to eat the right way: whole foods, non processed, lots of vegetables, whole grains, lean protiens, healthy fats, lots of water, some excercise, and an idea of your caloric goal per day (to create a defecit).

  • @dirosaga We are on the same page, just helping people to the means in a different way. I'm actually personally adapting the raw lifestyle, but with most they are not willing to make the sacrifices necessary to make the change, so the meal replacement shakes are a way to them losing weight and getting proper nutrition into their system, then we can introduce other nutrition plans to their lifestyle. Drop over to my blog at DevinHunter (.) com sometime to see a raw post I just put up.

  • I'm overweight and I haven't worked out in years!! I bought P90X and been losing weight. Don't bash on Beachbody dude. We all know (those who've done it) that even if you've NEVER worked out and your extremely overweight, P90X WORKS!! Insanity might make you quit, but that's why you MODIFY. You're a coach for Beachbody and you're bashing on them? Nice dude, really nice.

  • @goofy456123 Once again another example of someone who does not watch the full video and comprehend the message.

Seriously you know that people will quit before they get through their 1st round. I'm trying to help people with an option.

Maybe I should promote TRX, CrossFit or RUSHFIT, but I didn't mention them. But maybe I should as an alternate program that will get you fit as P90X and P90X2.

    -Devin

P.S. I'm not a Coach, their comp plan blows!

  • @DevinHunterLive I saw the whole video. Beachbody is a mighty good company. I'm a coach for them and I don't do it for the money, I do it because I have people I care about who need it. I understand your concern but bashing on them doesn't help man.

  • @goofy456123 but bashing on them doesn't help man.... please qoute me!

    -Devin Hunter

    IndianapolisWeightLoss.info

  • P90X has a lot of unsafe stretching, and it has no rest days, so you are likely to injure yourself or harm your joints. Some of the exercises are brutal to the knees. I can't imagine how they can expect an obese person to do 1 leg hops without harming their knees or hips.

  • @rickcain2320 jump knee tucks are rough.

    thanks for watching and commenting.

    Devin

  • I was 32, 5'8", 240 and just quit smoking one month before I started p90x. I am now 2 months in and completing all the workouts with minimum pausing. I have lost 25lbs and dropping quick. The key is to improvise at first but always push for more, after two weeks everything starts to get easier, form improves and in a sick way it's fun.

  • i was a little over weight and i went throw the whole work out hell theres vidoes of reall over weight people going throw it

  • i started the p90x. i got 2 and a half weeks in and had to quit i had no choice. i hard been working out a bit before, not a whole ton but i was in grade 12 and i had gym almost everyday. wasnt very strenuous but you get the point. i also was practicing a 1-2 hours a day of cross country to prepare for a last minute trip. 2 and a half weeks in my body shut down. i started throwing up everything i ate so i knew i had to cut down on my exercise. i was getting one average 3 -4 hours a day. my bad.

  • For anyone that don't believe this guy and saying he says some dumb shit, do your research, I suggest you all watch movie: "Fat, sick and nearly dead".

    go to thepiratebay(dot)org

and then talk bullshit. This guy's talking about serious stuff. Listen to him.

  • If you have a bad back and various chronic injury problems like myself, P90X feels damn near impossible. With that said, I will still do the workouts as best as I can and stop if anything hurts me or it's too hard. Tony says to do this right in the videos. If someone feels like quitting or they do quit, then I would suggest going to a gym a getting a personal trainer to push you. My problem isn't motivation, it's chronic pain and injuries to overcome.

  • he should throw in if your over 50 like me...

  • a - fucking-men brother

  • I thought this was gonna bash P90X....when you suggested Shakeology and the easier workouts first and said P90X is for advanced exercisers, I applauded you. Thanks for doing it the right way.

  • are these "shakes" lactose free? lol

  • @Juggernaut81886 the Body By Vi shake is Gluten and Lactose free...... Thanks for asking...

  • P90x can be much for some people. But I believe it is about not giving up. All the good programs are too hard. Thats why they are worth their money. It has to be hard enough to keep you trying harder.

  • People who quit are going to quit regardless of what program they're on. A quitter is a quitter, period.

  • I don't see why people spend money on this kind of stuff. All you have to do is go outside and run..that's how I got into shape...

  • @trolllolllo unless your chiropractor or doctor specifically says don't do it. people with previous injuries can't do that and have to do something else like weight lifting and cardio workouts made for people who have past injuries which could seriously injure them futher. I guess you're an idiot for not realizing that..

  • p90x is a great program, you form fit yourself to the workout according to your own level. People shouldn't try and do what they're doing in the video right off the bat anyway and they tell you that. However, the price of how much the program cost is very high. I got it free fortunately. Can't say how. Eating right is the first step, what you do with your body the second. why buy any costly program with goals when you can set your own?

  • Seems sketchy. Nah, I'll pass.

  • I started p90x last year when I had no significant time lifting, and was in the worst shape of my life. It could be because I was 21, but it was a challenge at first but in reality it was just an intro compared to real hardcore training. It sure is a good place to start if you aren't terribly out of shape.

  • Just sayin....me and my friend are doing P90x...we both had not worked out much before we started the program...we both were overweight. and now were about to start month 2. AND WE FUCKING LOVE IT!!!!!

  • @Yonw0lf Great job!

  • I didn't.....I downloaded it. Plus I do it for fitness not the look. That's how you should plan your whole workout...if you do it to look good and not feel good you will always fail.

  • Acc'ly hes saying IF your not fit and not used to exercise you need to start with something with less of a steep fitness curve.

P90x will be too much for a lot of overweight older people.

    Nothing wrong with that information.

When you get used to exercise and lose some weight via less

demanding programs you will be in a better place to use and

    be prep'ed for a P90x type program.

And you will get more out of it.

  • @khorvath96 I know... I used to be a Beachbody Coach and know the failure rate. :)

  • people shouldn't buyt p90x if they have any intention of trying it out anyway. don't buy it if you're not a person that can committ. p90x is modifiable so you do your best through the videos and you WILL have results

  • @brizzyce100 Using profanity and name calling make you look bad.

  • @brizzyce100 Tell that to 30% of the population which by 2020 we will be at 50% of the population who will be considered obese. Instead of popping off at the mouth and making fun of people who are overweight or anyone who is trying to help them, you need to shut your pie hole or do something to help end the trend of obesity.

    -Devin

  • @DevinHunterLive LOL it all comes down to LAZINESS, and the truth of the matter is that 30% is uncommitted, or they dont give a shit about what they put in their mouth. EAT RIGHT. DO CARDIO. LIFT WEIGHTS. lifting weights will add muscle and speed up ur metabolism, cardio will boost calories burned, eating a clean diet high in protein and medium in carbs and getting good fats will, promote muscle growth, and burn off that shitty fat.

  • this just goes to show that the average american person doesnt read or watch videos before they say something and look stupid. All he is saying is that to make sure that you dont fail, you need to condition yourself and/or lose a few pounds before starting p90x. Devin hunter is correct. You cant just jump into p90x and think all gung ho. That program WILL embarrass you

  • @doubled0202 Hmmm.... I just wonder how many people how are popping off at the mouth have actually finished a Tough Mudder Challenge like I just did this past Sunday. I seen people who were Gung Ho laying on the side of the trail (of course they were being attended to by medics) as I was thinking about my next move to keep from getting injured and still completing what I came to accomplish.

Thank you for posting a level headed comment.

Best wish's to you my friend!

    -Devin

  • Wrong P90X is for people who want strength and want to work for it...Shakology is for sissys who wont get off their fat ass and work for fitness

  • @TreEletricalNinjas Not true bitch!

  • Try learning how to eat real food. Calorie restriction through shakes is a short term solution--you'll be bound to rebound.

  • I am not fit and I tried Insanity Deluxe. I can say that I could not "keep up" with the program, but I tried and I've felt results. Body was changing and that's the point. Change of food habits and working out is the key. Dedication and hard work is everything!

  • @krutsvet Thanks for commenting in an intelligent manner, I appreciate you watching and commenting on the video.

    Devin

  • You old ugly goon, don't tell people they are gonna quit just because you quit. Fuck face

  • yes I didn't buy it, I downloaded!!!

  • IM A WOMEN AND I ALWAYS WEIGH 140 LBS BUT NOW IM AT 180LBS BECAUSE OF SURGERY AND IT HAS TAKIN LONGER TO HEAL, SO WHEN I JUST SIMPLY GO TO DO A SIT UP I FEEL THE SCARES INSIDE PULLIN IN, I NEED SOMETHING LESS STRENUOUS SORRY IF I MISPELLED.. I THOUGHT ABOUT BUYIN PX90 BUT I KNOW NOW ITS TOOO SOON FOR ME IM GLAD I DIDNT SPEND MY MONEY ON SOMETHING I WASNT GOIN TO BE ABLE TO USE! THANKS DEVIN!!!!

  • forget p90x, i lost 50 lbs with photoshop in just seconds

  • @chrismsl Lol

  • @chrismsl yeah, youre a fucking disease

  • I have been doing insanity and I weighed 130 lbs. Now after just two weeks with no diet, now I'm 117.I'm only 5' 4". Insanity is the next best thing to p90X

  • Puss

  • WHAT DO YOU DO AFTER SHAKEOLOGY

    ???

  • @sophiastable I will send you a message!

    Devin

    90dc.com

  • So this guy is admitting he is a puss.

  • Wtf is this guy talkin about, I'm overweight and I started p90x, and I love it. He's never heard of the word "commitment"

  • weak.

  • I HAD INSANITY N P90X..I DID INSANITY FIRST THEN P90X....N IM FUCKIN HAPPY WITH MY FUCKIN RESULTS:) INSANITY WAS THE HARDEST THOUGH

  • @usosouljah808 Insanity is rough.

    Thanks for commenting.

    Devin

  • @usosouljah808 you should try doing both, in the morning do insanity and after work do p90x and end by doing insanitly again

  • @terrellrell715 That is flippin crazy, you would be dead tired.

  • Funny thing is, you never tried P90x and you're giving advice like an experienced magic man. Now, don't get me wrong, I respect that you're worried for other people and trying to advise them, I mean no disrespect to you, but I'm just saying you're not experienced.

  • @awesomest230 We are now 6 months later and I would still give the same advice. As a once P90X Beachbody Coach, I found most people quit within 30-60 days.

I'm just trying to help them advice so they are able to succeed.

OK this is what everyone wants to hear "P90X is for everyone and it is the easiest workout program out there and 2nd to none". Seriously is this what everyone wants to hear?

    Devin

  • Funny thing is,m

  • @awesomest230 ???

  • No commitment equals fail

  • @DevinHunterLive The P90X program tells you that you have have to be in halfway good shape. it also shows 3 levels of intensity. (cheat versions of each exercise). besides any workout program needs to be eased into. I'm 50 yrs old and it worked for me and I haven't worked out in years. I did very exercise I could at the high intensity level and the ones that were tough, I did the cheater version. BTW, I just started a green smoothie program and its freaking awesome! look it up here on YouTube.

  • @aviatormxpilot Thanks watching and commenting and explaining your experience with P90X, it is greatly appreciated.

    Devin

  • Bwahahahaha. I read one dudes comment down there "i bet a p90x guy could whoop your ***" lol.

Seriously dude, dont be retarded. Your just mad cause your outta shape and you didnt have the will power to man up and stick with the program.

  • @Tinoe85 Bwahahahaha, seriously? Where did I say I didn't stick with it, where does it say that I am our of shape now? Watch some of my other videos of me now before making a mindless accusation. ROFL...!!!!

    Devin

  • hmmmmm well personally this video is a joke. p90x is about pushing yourself. if you're going to do this vid you might as well say "don't but p90x if you're a little pussy" just because your overweight doesn't mean they'll quit, and if they do then they weren't committed from the very start. and well if you're overweight then the workouts show you how out of shape you really were- telling your body to 'get off the couch and put the cheetos down!'

  • @StrobexXxLights Thanks for watching this video and commenting. Most people are not overweight due to eating cheetos, they are overweight due to not making the best choices with their nutrition plan and exercise program.

I was one of them as I let life get in the way for many years and it can happen to anyone. The difference is, I realized it and took action and made some changes.

    Have a super day!

    Regards,

    Devin

  • Hes right. P90x is not for people who are immensly overweight, or are beginners. Its a much better idea to start off with beginners yoga, stretch routines, core, basic form, etc. Youll save yourself time and youll be safer for it. Jumping in full force is bad, especially if you have back problems, a weak back, or sit all the time. Generally its great for young moderately atheletic people who are fit and want to a more challenging workout.

  • @vidfreak56 Finally someone who understand what I'm trying to say in this video. Thank you Thank you Thank you!

    Devin

  • He's a liar ha

  • @m12343211 Why? I was a Beachbody coach and 75% of people in 30-45 days. They are not able to finish. It is proven and I'm trying to help them from failing.

    Devin

  • @DevinHunterLive Firstly, this isn't a 'streets' situation. If it was it would have ended much differently quite obviously. So fuck off with your false pride. Secondly, Your bashing the respectable name of another product to try and promote sales of something that OBVIOUSLY isn't working very well for you. Look at those fuck off big hampster cheeks son. You are giving people who genuinely want to lose weight a WRONG frame of mind to do so. I quote "DON'T buy p90x you WILL give up". G'day cunt.

  • @InsanitysApothecary Another example of an individual unable to make their point without name calling.

    So sad!

  • @DevinHunterLive This is where we part ways. You obviously have little or no respect for yourself, as proven by your somewhat ridiculous ego. Well... Just goes to show how self absorbed Americans are eh?

Nice talking to you. Good Bye.

  • @InsanitysApothecary Seriously my friend, I didn't fire the first shot. You were offended by what I had to say. If you were to watch other videos I have, you would see that I have completed P90X with great results and still use it.

I'm not in love with it like most to an occult level believing it is the one and only workout.

This is the program that I chose to use along with Insanity, running, TRX.

Good luck in your journey where ever it may take you!

    Devin

  • that shows where your mentality is at you where just weak minded

  • @16joker13 Thanks for your view and comment as this keeps increasing the rankings of this video.

    Peace!

    Devin

  • @DevinHunterLive lol alright

  • i bet a p90x guy could whoop your ass

  • @MrJman423 Seriously?

  • lmao dont buy p90x it sucks by my product its better you really gotta love sales men

  • @Blakster1357 Got to love them!

DId you by chance watch the video all the way through?

If not, come back..... and watch my follow up video explaining some things.

    Regards,

    Devin

  • 1:39 hey he's lost numbers.

  • It doesn't matter whether they worked out or not to begin P90X. It is designed for people with hearts full of determination and purpose to reach their goal of becoming fit. P90X will only work if you have the motivation to work at it. You see these videos with people saying "P90X doesn't work". Look again. They have little to no burning desire to get better. But it's their choice. P90X is a test of willpower and character, and not just muscles.

  • @vendettafalls You nailed it!

Most do not have what you were referring to.

    Thanks for watching and commenting.

    Devin

    "Health and Fitness Enthusiast"

  • @Devin; Don't get me wrong; your message about the shakes is good but to simply tell someone not to try a product because of age and weight...is a FAIL in my book. Your in you 40s and your really in good shape; just give the people a chance with P90x. I've tried it and had results in the first month. **just sayin** :-)

  • @javariteam I'm actually addressing this in a new video as I'm trying this. I'm hoping this will get it all straightened out with the video reply I'm making.

Remember I was almost 200#'s and not long ago the VA med center wanted to put me on 4 meds. and I couldn't do any of the P90X fit test minimums and I probably would have been frustrated and quit. I'm just glad I'm at the point I'm at now so I'm able to do the Tough Mudder challenge in 3 weeks. I'm pumped!

    Have a Super Day!

    Devin

  • lol....FAIL!!!!!!

  • @javariteam Fail your way to success! Awesome comment!

  • @Miliuss1 Thanks for watching and commenting.

Feel free to check out all my other video where I'm still plugging away with P90X.

Please keep up the good work with P90X and your nutrition plan.

Come back and keep me posted on how you are doing.

  • @Miliuss1 You didnt lose that kind of weight dude(probably water weight). Firstly p90x isnt that extreme and secondly youd have to either starve yourself of your normal diet (heavily) or exercise a lot more than just the hour routine. Normal weight loss (real weight - body fat) is lost at about 1 pd a week and thats if you lose about 3500 calories. Considering if you even at half that, your still not gonna lose 1 pd a day. Nice try.

  • @vidfreak56 Actually I ate more than I normally did as if I restricted my nutrition plan I would not have enough energy to make it through the workout.

Have you worked out to it before?

    Devin

  • @DevinHunterLive Yes I have used it and I still use it. But you wont lose 3500 calories in one workout. At best youll lose probably several hundred, but nowhere near enough cumulatively to lose 15 pds in 15 days. Thats at least 1 pd per day, which actually is dangerous if you dont keep proper nutrition. Athletes generally burn 4000+ calories at least per day if they are professional. P90x is usually an hour workout at best. Youd have to supplement quite a bit to get more burn.

  • @vidfreak56 Awesome! Keep it up.

I'm actually headed into do some plyo's.

  • i dont starve myself im now 30 days into the program and im down 21 lbs. yes alot came off quick cause of water weight that would happen no matter what workout i did. i count my calories and i eat a little over 2000 calories a day which is far from starving myself. and yea you can say whatever you like about how much i should eat or how much i should work out but what i have been doing has lowered my blood pressure, and resting heart rate so i think ill keep it up

  • @Miliuss1 Unless you were a hundred+ lbs overweight, realize most of that was water. No one who isn't morbidly overweight is losing 15 lbs of fat in 15 days.

  • @travcm im not saying your wrong and yes im a pretty heavy dude. but i finished my first 30 days and im down 21 lbs. im not starving myself i eat 2100 calories a day but i eat good food ive completely changed my diet. and i can honestly say i cannot wait to continue with the workouts. im not saying this is a program for everyone but if your motivated enough you can do this program. and the longer you stay in it the easier it gets

I do not filter my comments.

    Are you still doing P90X?

    Thanks for watching and commenting!

  • @DevinHunterLive I removed my comment coz I was one of those who didn't actually "watch" the whole video. In fact, you were right especially about the Insanity workout. If you reached a certain age combined with obesity, that workout isn't your best option. Although, p90x is still doable. Majority of its moves are modifiable and doesn't require each to perform at your very best. Your suggestion falls to pre-p90x category which is justifiable so you won't have to quit these workouts.

  • your full of shit. i bought insanity im over weight and im not quitting. its called being serious about transforming your body after spending my money im not gonna just give up. stop being so negative and trying to get people to not buy someone elses better product then whatever the fuck you have. plus its very easy to buy shakeology as well as insanity or p90x. which is what they tell you to do in the nutrition guide

  • @jrprice85 Once again another case where someone doesn't take the time to watch the complete video. The Shakeology has workout programs that come with it.

I'm sure you will not complete Insanity exactly like you are scheduled with the routine.

Good luck I hope you succeed and lose the weight you have set out to do.

    Blessings!
