with that said you have to really think quite a bit about tradition...and life and galactic expansion, Old people, or those that plan to die within 10 years or so are set in their ways and rarely can give a shit about galactic expansion or tradition changing...this has allready been challenged in racism, youth have been able to change that in the past, the old people dont give a fuck, they are going to die and have allready been used to the situation,thus they lived that long

From my professional psychological perspective...I noticed the elderly are no different than the common adult other than the fact that they were able to live as long as they have, that alone deserves respect, but many of them abuse that respect as if they are better than everyone else, and in truth you can be old and have the same credentials a 30 year old has in life...however the 80 year old has lived 50 more years, but that doesnt mean their word is right, they been preparing to die for years

@rayquazaofdeath its impossible to know what happened before the big bang, and no one knows if there was matter before that point either and to be quite honest the bible isn't necessarily 100% true after all it might be the word of God, but men wrote it, and men can be deceiving. its possible that the bible or first testament could have explained how the universe was created fully, but the church may have changed it to make it logical (logical for that time period)

Why does religion have to find it's way into everything. It's just like racism. Who cares if science came from "religion", it's more interesting than religion will ever be because it's a real, physical thing. Keep religions to yourselves, YOU believe in that, don't bring it up in people's faces. To me, science and religion are on opposite ends of the spectrum, I just wanna learn new things about our galaxy, that's it.

As for the extremists yes but you also have to look at what science has given us. Science has killed more lives than religion will ever do. if you take it in that sort of way so yes science has fucked up our world aswell. Ie global warming nucular bombs.
Science answers the question of how not why. Religion and philosophy hit close to it. Bigbang is a lazymans way of saying "I give up on studying the formation of earth"

Not by name but you mentioned the false creation story so I dispelled it. Science proofs the bible was nothing more than ignorance, and superstition. Earth is not 12,000 years old, was not made in 7 days, land animals and man could not have been created the same day (DINOSAURS predate humanity by millions of years), and finally one man and one woman of the same race can't produce a child of another race two blacks don't make a white. jesus can't save you, life starts when the church ends.

I must say you are wrong in saying only humans cry for all mammals have feelings they get happy, sad, and cry just like us. They also can communicate in their own language with each other.
