@TRBrownn The best thing Jarrett's ever played is Bach's flute sonatas with Michala Petri.

Once you get into Bach then Jazz seems rather cliched & random I'm afraid. Jazz is the same old runs & clichezzzzzzzzzzz

this performance is probably his best performance with this trio menber.beautiful tatch,very good adlib solo,and high tension.all jazz fun had better hear this performance.
