  • Thanks man very helpul video. Greetins !

  • @Menudoshark my pleasure Paul

  • Nice dress hahahahaha

  • hey i got a few questions here...

im about 6"4 and 180 lbs,and i wanna gain some weight,to be like 205,and i wanna know what is a good workout to do at home,if you can please write what days should i wrkout and what exercise for each day... i have a set of dumbells and im getting a pullup bar pretty soon,so i would like to know how to start.... ?

  • Any others to do without weights?

I ddont have an E-Z bar and my spindlelock bumbells are too bulky to get behind my head.

  • @dheerajksethi could do bhind the back dips, or diamond pushups....if u have a benchpress do close grip bench press

  • @dheerajksethi you can do skullcrushers by holding onto one side of your dumbells and putting them behind your head while sitting up straight. Just push the weight into the air without moving your elbows too much and its the same thing.

It may work for regular skull crushers too idk

  • nice house

  • Thank you so much for this.

  • @UmfasTV Thats cool, any questionjs just ask

    Paul

  • @Allmaxuk is there any way to like make a muscle grow longer or bigger like if biceps are one side long and big other short but bit or soemthign like that? and maybe for abs? sorry bad english

  • @DTProtoss Great English by the way, but muscle leght is determined in your DNA so yuo cant make them longer, you can make them fatter i.e. bigger, but thats training and diet and rest.

    Paul

  • @Allmaxuk xD thanks ^^ and oooh, ok thanks =P

  • sweet i got replied to

  • @arminxxxbeast I always reply, you took the time to email, its just good manners lol

    Paul

  • this is stupid i searched for home workout it not concidered home workout if you have all the equipment there

  • @arminxxxbeast This absolutely is home workout, thats my house and all I have is a cheap bench and a few dumbbells, all the kit thats easily available for home use. I have better kit now and built a full gym, but that said I am happy to train with just a set of dumbbells.

    Paul

  • Great vid helpd me alot! I just need to know what i can do with my belly fat... People keep saying do cardio.. what kind of cardio and wat works best for a 19 year old? lol help plz! :D

  • @Lifetakerko hi there, you cant spot reduce so to get your belly down you will need to reduce bodyfat all over, so any CV would work as its all about elevating your heart rate to burn fat, but also do a full weights prgram a minimum of a 3 day split as this will gain you muscle (shape) and help burn off bodyfat

    Paul

  • Thanks for the great vid. Do you recommend any particular protein shake? Thanks

  • @1990English lol thats an easy one, I have my own brand Dinosaur Nutrition just google it and go to the .com site and at check out type in DINO in the discount code to get 10% off

    Paul

  • Allmaxuk "@AnabolicMutant when you upload videos, then you are fit to critisise"

Bodybuilding and using weights to train is a very serious and strict sport. There are rules the body of man has too, which means serious and PERMANENT injury can result from incorrect form in exercises.

Uploading videos on youtube does NOT qualify one in giving advice on such things. I am a bodybuilder and am surrounded by scientists and medical experts. I have also done extensive research. What have you done?

  • @AnabolicMutant

Giving wrong advice on exercises can and does result in serious and permanent injuries, and if i were an amature and later found out i had only totally ruined all chances of ever training again due to following your bad advice and form then i'd be looking to get justice.

I gave you nothing but sound advice from my heart and you answer back with a stubborn and ridiculous answer. Then what can i do for you? You seem unteachable... The unteachable always win debates, don't they!?

  • @AnabolicMutant

If you're not going to accept my advice and correct yourself and in turn set everyone who you have misinformed straight with an honest and open apology (uploading a new video with more correct form and advice wouldn't exactly go amiss here, for a start), then the least i can do is warn people against you and your wrong advice.

And anyway, if anyone follows you then more fool them. You have lots of fat and little muscle, so what have you got to show for your claims?

  • "on the 4th excercise, the overhead dumbell tricep workout, whenever i do that, i feel a strain on my shoulder, and i dont really use heavy weight, i use a weight where i can get 8 reps out of each set"

    iTactiics 3 weeks ago

Here's your first victim! Poor guy! This could've been avoided had he been given correct advice... he may find his problem becomes more severe and beyond repair too. In this case only specific anabolic androgenous steroids or growth hormones can repair the damage >

  • > together with a training protocol that begins light, approaches moderate and then APPROACHES heavy but not too heavy until the damage has repaired properly. This may even take up to 2 separate 12 week courses with at least a 6 week gap between each one.

You might begin to start to accuse me of talking nonsense here, but then that would truly expose you as a nonsense talker and a joker... remember... i am surrounded by scientists and medical experts... and i have done my research too! >

  • > On top of this fact, i am my own guinea-pig due to the fact i suffered from one of the most severe kinds of compound fractures on my forearm that you could ever imagine. The surgeons informed me before the operation not to be surprised if i wake up with no arm left and to prepare myself for the possible shock before the operation so i don't freak out when i wake up. How kind of them, hey? lol... Anyway, i thought i'd never even lift a cup of tea again... until... steroids!!! >

  • I did my research... four years of it... mainly on the effects of different branches of testosterone on bone growth, bone repair, ligament repair, tendon repair and muscle repair. Nandrolone decanoate came out on top as one of the best and safest for all these aforementioned purposes, and when stacked with testosterone 450 had remarkable results in the way of bone repair as well as muscular size, strength and solidity. I am sharing my research with the scientists and doctors i know.

  • And i am sharing the results too. They are more than impressed at my progress and the good health i have maintained throughout this too. The only sad thing about this is the fact that it doesn't help my nerve damage that i incurred as a result of the same injury and also from the operation (the incisions were deep and through important muscle tissue too).

Anyway, i hope my experiences and advice i have shared with you has enlightened you somewhat. I was not fishing for negativity. Just helping!

  • Because i care about people and have no ulterior motives, no gains to make from misinforming people, no evil agenda to cause people to get injuries deliberately (there is no accusation being made here, just to set the record straight), no care-free attitude towards "helping others", etc. and that's why i try to help...

There's no need to take my advice in such a negative manner. If i worded things in a way in which they could be interpreted as such then i duly apologize, as this was not intended

  • @AnabolicMutant Former Great Britain international athlete Pole Vault, Gladiators semi finalist, Current world heavy weight Champ for the BWA wrestling, winner of wealest lionk body beautiful special, coach to three Olympic athlets, designer of my own range of supplements, CEO of Dionosaur Nutrition,350,000 + hits, need i go on, so what have you won

  • @Allmaxuk

NONE of this qualifies you in anything to do with teaching bodybuilding or its intricate sciences!!! FULL STOP!!!

BWA wrestling? loooooooooool... WHAT THE HELL IS THAT? Fake wrestling like WWE? Hahahahaha!!! I am a real fighter, so dream on! WOW Gladiators? looool, another JOKE that qualifies you for NOTHING! Anyone who applies and is picked can get onto a GAMESHOW! Most gameshows like this are fixed anyway and you wouldn't even need to know about it as a contestant! >

  • @Allmaxuk

    > WEAKEST Link? Yes, i can see that, you don't have to tell me you are a weak link... you look FAT and your training info is CRAP and dangerous! You already have one guy here complaining of what you've done to his shoulder! Coach to 3 Olympic athletes? WOW, more fool them if you train them in weights at the gym... we'll lose with those guys in 2012 then... lol... that's if they aren't in hospital before then due to your terrible training info. >

  • @Allmaxuk

    > Dinosaur Nutrition? lol when were they extinct? NEVER heard of it, that's how brilliant it is... NEVER seen a single shop that stocks it either, not in the real world nor online, hahaha! Maybe your own website sells it? And if it's as bad as your training i bet there have been a few divorce cases over the obnoxious egg farts it produces due to bad quality ingredients. Even Body Fortress crap is more famous! Hahahahaha!!! >

  • @Allmaxuk "designer of my own range of supplements, CEO of Dionosaur Nutrition"

No offence, but if my 14 year old son orders the ingredients from the internet, designs his own label, markets his product, etc. then he'd be in those same shoes too... and it's such a simple thing to do that he could EASILY pull it off if he had the motivation to do it. MILLIONS of people all over the world do this! Does this qualify you to give instruction in using weights? NONE OF IT DOES!!!

  • @Allmaxuk "Former Great Britain international athlete Pole Vault"

LOL, i have to give you credit for this one because you did a really good job of wording this in a way that will cause any total ignoramus to be like "Whoah, how can you speak against this guy, AM?"... The word "former" gives it that really professional edge, as does the use of the phrase "Great Britain" and "international" just denotes you traveled... So what? Hey, by the way, i'm CURRENT Great Britain International Youtube User.

  • @Allmaxuk

Paul? WOW, you even live up to the name of one of the greatest liars and deceivers in the history of mankind... Saul of Tarsus the lying jew who destroyed the true message of jesus with his Roman pagan ideology he mixed up and confused the masses of ignorant and uneducated people with...

Well... nice to meet you, Paul... we got off on a very negative start, but it doesn't have to continue this way... Just admit you don't know well about bodybuilding sciences, that's all... >

  • @Allmaxuk

    > And don't give bad advice on this topic that will cause, and evidently already has caused, injury. And learn to wind your neck back into place and accept advice from those who know better than yourself on certain matters. NOTHING i said about training was wrong, and you didn't even have any argument to pose against what i said. You just started blowing your rusty trumpet because you felt your ego get a slap and that is why i have spoken to you the way i have. It's that simple!

  • on the 4th excercise, the overhead dumbell tricep workout, whenever i do that, i feel a strain on my shoulder, and i dont really use heavy weight, i use a weight where i can get 8 reps out of each set. i think its because my shoulders arent strong enough and it is true because i never train or condition my shoulders. what do u think the problem is? anyone? thanks (:

  • @iTactiics by not training all muscles you will cause an imbalance which can result in injury, you need strong shoulder, to have a strong chest, you need strong shoulders and chest to have strong back, you need strong chest, shoulders back to have strong triceps and biceps, its about all over body conditioning.

    Paul

  • @Allmaxuk , cheeers man (:

  • @iTactiics

Try not following how this guy performs his exercises. Locking the elbows straight on any exercise is a recipe for popped shoulder/s. During ALL exercises it is OBLIGATORY to maintain a slight hook in the elbow in order to avoid this. Also, do not pump the weights 100% of the way. Pump only 70% of the way in order to maintain constant tension on the muscle group trained throughout the set. If you cannot maintain good form, drop the weight you are using or drop rep count. You choose!

  • @iTactiics

    > Trying to push too much and having bad form as a result not only causes bad body symmetry, but it also causes bad joints, ligaments and tendons, and sprain and strains too as well as dislocations like the aforementioned problems. Bad form is a definite sign that you are pushing too much. If form is bad from the start of the exercise then you are pushing too much for sure and lowering rep count is not going to work either. If your form is good and becomes bad, lower rep count. >

  • @iTactiics

    > Always begin every exercise with your weakest side so you know when not to do another rep with the stronger side. Come to my channel and leave a comment to let me know if you have found my advice to be sound (i believe you will find it so). You will still notice the pain to begin with because you have already damaged your shoulder from making these mistakes, so stick to it and you will see the pain fade away and you will be able to begin lifting heavier with good form inshaa'allah!

  • Great workout! Thanks Paul (:

  • @zombiess666 thanks for that

    Paul

  • is it okay to do the kick back while standing up verticaly?rather than donig it horizontaly...

  • really loved the tutorual on this triceps training gona use it :D thanks paul.

  • does it matter if the skull crushers are incline or flat?

  • @BEYONDILIMIT incline decline flat training is about mixing it up, no it doesnt matter

    Paul

  • the skull crushers are actually better if you go further back, like behind your head then push it upwards and outwards

  • @N00bExplosion deeper is always better, as a full range of movement will incorporate more muscle fibres, so remember these routines are a guide so you then adapt them for your own equipment technique etc.

    Paul

  • I got a very similiar physique as yours just less taller because I'm only 16 lol

  • @taethekoreanking You must look awesome then lol

  • Can I buy your outfit off eBay? I believe it will make me buff overnight

  • @wokzilla tightshortsrus

  • about the tricep press ups.

i always thought ur elbows are supposed be tucked in by ur sides and shouldnt come out? thats what it says in all the mens fitness magazines and some other people put it up on youtube as well.

    ??

  • @FTWx786 when training you always try to hit the muscle in different ways, try it and see if your triceps ache, that way you know its working.

    Paul

  • @Allmaxuk , thats a good point. i was doin tricep dips earlier on and wen i was doin it i tucked my elbows in, and i kept on doin it without feeling any pain , once i pulled them out they startin aching after a few sets.

  • @FTWx786 hahaha I had to be right sooner or later lol, if you want some excellent training routines and or supplements please feel free to visit my main site dinosaurnutrition(dot)com type the . in as youtube wont allow us to post website addresses, also if theres any thing you want meail me for a discount code

    paul

  • @Allmaxuk , dude , im 15 lol =]

i dont want any supplements and that i just do normal stuff, press ups, chin ups, bench press, tricept dips and sit ups. thats all i do really. il take supplements MAYBE wen im older. (:

  • @FTWx786 yeah but there are some good workouts diets etc,

    Paul

  • @Allmaxuk , yeah i know , i dont worry too much on the diet, i just dont eat junk, other than that i just stick to my mums cooking =P

  • @FTWx786 just a quick thought these are specifically for your triceps, not your chest like a conventional pushup with elbows tucked in, with this you can make the shape with your hands and tuck your elbows in, like I said try it

    Paul

  • Just started back at the gym i always did a bit of cardio before lifting weights should i be doing my cardio before, after or on a different day to lifting?

    Many thanks

    Great videos

  • it all depends on what you want to achieve, for instance if I wanted to lose weight, I would do cardio first and weights second, if I wanted to bulk up I would do weights first because Im at my freshest and then cardio last, or you could do cardio one day weights the next, but make sure you get rest days, if its easier go to my site Dinosaur Nutrition and look at the programs on there.

    Paul

  • i swear that house is from grand designs, looks great! Great workout too!

  • @PIECE2YOURMOTHA no its an old farm house we renovated, also if you are into your supplements our range Dinosaur Nutrition will be available in Australia soon. thanks for the compliment

    Paul

  • @Allmaxuk Cheers, will keep an eye out. Just wanted to give some positive feedback on the helpful demonstrations and advice. Top Job!

P.S i can't help but admire you're house! i find myself distracted by the fantastic stone masonry and awesome garden. Dude if your ever selling, contact me!

  • @PIECE2YOURMOTHA the house is in a little village in the Uk so a fair way to comute lol but I will bear you in mind

    Paul

  • but your body can get used to doing machine exercises than free weights, if you do 100% machines your body gets used the the same motion and gets used to it faster when free weights you can change how to lift the wieght

  • @flabluby absolutely right, thats why you change your routine every 6-8 weeks, sometimes it can be as simple as changing hand position, or repetition range, pyramiding, drop sets etc or go from machines to free weights, training is all about consistamcy and change.

    Paul

  • only a maximum of 30% of your exercise should be machines if you use them

  • @flabluby these are home workouts so most people who work at home dont have them, but you can do 100% machines, 100% free weights for a while, thats why you change routines

  • @TomConnolly . Now i would do it the other way round LOL. Do cardio at the end as a sort of 'warm down' routine. What kind of weights do you lift ? Do you use machines or free-weights ? Free-weights beats machines any day of the week. How heavy are the weights you are lifting ?Check-out the videos on here like scooby1961. What about legs and cheast ? Squatting is the biggest power exercise you can do - you need to do legs too.

  • Hi Bud, as a weight trainer, cardio isnt that important whether you warm up or cool down really, I only put it in for safety, but most bodybuilders would just do light weights and a bit of stretching to start.

  • So i've tried protein shakes, creatine pills, weight gain supplements and have come to the conclusion that they dont work!! I am about 5'10'', 10 stone and skinny!! Though i look quite toned i just havent got the size?? I eat three healthy meals a day, and a snack before i sleep, and ttrain three days a week to no avail??? Any answers?? I just wanna be a bit broader so i dont look so slim??? If you can figure this out, you're a miracle worker, i post this cuz these videos looks really good!! :)

  • @TomConnolly . How long do you train for ? 45 minutes in and out, don't over-train. Forget the shakes they can do more harm than good if you don't use them right. Don't call yourself skinny. How old are you - have you stopped growing ? I was 7st at school now I am 6ft 1 in and er, well a bit too big at over 20st !! Have a check-up by your GP - maybe you have an underlying condition that stops you putting on weight.

  • Well it's usually between 45mins to an hour, i start by doing cardio, then work on my arms back and shoulders most of the time according to a routine i've been given. And yeah i've come to the conclusion that the shakes aren't doing anything for me!! lol

Im actually 24 and have reached my peak height n stuff i think. I just need slightly bigger arms and shoulders then it'd be cool. Thanks for the tips man,, ive been told by friends i might have an under active thyroid or something. Thanks again

  • @TomConnolly

I'm much the same way, and like some others have said, genetics plays a big role in how built we can get. And its not just muscles--endurance runners and cyclists have a genetically limited ability to convert oxygen into the bloodstream. No matter how much they train, this ability never improves much.

Its possible that you're overtraining. Make sure you don't feel any residual achiness in your muscles before you train them again. This means they're still recovering.

  • not tryin to be an ass or anything..like seriously, no offense meant by this at all, but some people just really aren't meant to be big

  • yeah thats cool man, i've actually come to that conclusion myself lol

Im gonna give it one last shot!! I personally think its all down to genetics and my genes say im meant to be skinny!!

  • lol yes, genetics figure in ALOT...i'm 6'0 tall and around 225 pounds..pretty cut and muscular but my friend Jason who works out with me everyday i do who does the SAME workouts, takes the same supplements and is about the same height as me is only 170 pounds...he really tries his ass off but he doesn't pack on much muscle no matter what

  • You could be doing to much cardio. If ur looking to gain size or muscle keep it short high intense cardio or even do short sprints 6 X 20 yards 3 times a week to keep ur metabolism high. but if your going to do cardio after weights have some carbs before hand, so your body doesn't eat away at your well earned muscle possible have a large banana

  • @TomConnolly Eat more than 3 a day, I do 5 a day. If your body goes more than 3 hours or so without food, it breaks down muscle tissue to feed itself. If you feed it regularly, it doesn't do that, giving the muscle time to grow

  • is there a preference in working back and bi and than chest and tri.

or back and tri chest and bi.

  • ITs snowing outside,,BTW i tried the SITE and its VERY GOOD>>>THANKS

  • oh also would you be able to do a leg workout video?

  • Hey paul , I mentioned bout 5-6days ago bout like training everday and if u could reccomend how I break up the muscle groups the split you gave me has been working out great just wanted to say thank you

  • Don't get me wrong, mate, my intention wasn't to criticise or judge you. You're doing great stuff, but in my view it isn't perfect enough to serve as instructional videos for others who don't have a clue how to do workout right. I decided to delete my previous comment because I'm not trying to discourage them from viewing your videos. My intention was to make people aware that they should try and test every BB technique they see on YT before they actually believe if it works.

  • Comment removed

  • i do really appreciate how u take time to record these vids and then u upload them here just to help us thank u loads...we love u and we love ur vids

  • Hey , i have been watching your videos theyhave been really helpful , I usually like to train everday of the week. I was wondering is their a good way to break up the muscle groups for each day of the week or should I decrease the amount of times I workout per week

  • Try this split

    1 Chest biceps

    2 Back triceps

    3 rest

    4 Shoulders

    5 Legs

    6 Rest

  • @Allmaxuk

what do you mean with split???

i was wondering, hmm is this list for each day, or is it a list for what i should train 1 time each, every week???

  • Split means to split your body parts up on different days so 1 means Monday etc

    Paul

  • Comment removed

  • thanks

  • Thanks for showing me that triangle press..i never heard od that before.

  • No problem, I will be uploading more videos shortly, check out the new biceps ones they are pretty intense

    Paul

  • Your video's really help me working out with specific muscle groups. I like how you instruct very detailed and also keeping in mind the right posture (instead of some other video's here on youtube).

Keep on posting, don't mind what those haters say.

  • Hi Paul, Long time no see fella (I was an esporta member).

Well lets hope one day they develop a technology that only allows people of a certain maturity to post comments on the net!

Keep up the good work mate.

  • strong legs phaggot. they look like shit.

  • Wow, now lets look what country you are from, hmmm no surprises there, its the the small guys like you who make the rest look like morons,

those that can do, those that cant critisise.

    Paul

  • Hi. Take no notice of some of the comments people leave, its youtube for some reason they like to run their mouths on here. im pretty sure most of the people leaving these comments havn't worked out a day in their lives. please rise above it though and dont get dragged into the petiness. nobody really cares what these sad, negative people write anyway. dont become one dude!

  • critisise.....i think someone needs to go back to grade school.

  • haha your a pussy!

  • You say I ENJOY LONG WALKS ON THE BEACH, DANCING IN THE RAIN AND SLEEPING UNDER THE STARS.

Mr Pot calling Mr kettle hahaha

  • all the shit on my wall is a joke just like yourself

  • this is why people have a bad view of the USA because of limp willy's like yourself, who go on the net searching for half naked men and when the rebuke their advances as I have done to you they decide to swear and throw their teddies out of the stroller, and now all the world can see it, go to muscle worship for that little little little man, fortunately the vast majority of the USA are decent nice people

    Really Big Paul

  • you said allmost the same thing you just said right now to other people as a reply. so honestly i think you get made fun of all the time for being a wuse with no muscle mass, that thinks he can tell people how to get buff. so when someone tells you your a faggot you say the same reply.

  • Im the least faggoty guy you could meet but seeing as I make videos that people watch and enjoy and you just watch then it seems I have a greater physique and knowledge than you why else would you trawl the internet, and I can beat you mentally and physically hence I dont need to cus and curse to run an idiot like you down, especially as you do that all by yourself, and I reinforce my point that its people like you who give you guys get a bad rap around the world

    Paul

  • i gurantee that me and more than half the peopl i know could beat you both physically and mentally.

  • Now theres the difference I would challenge you on my own and you need half the people you know to take me on lol, check out my weakest link video the one where I beat anne robinson to b the strongest link and im currently a world champ and you are a nasty little nobody, and dont lie you have no friends hahahaha

    Paul

  • seriously man how old are you? replying like that makes you just as big a tool as the rest

    no respect

  • Im 40 and reply to all post positive and negative, i do videos to help people with the basics, and get quite a few hits which is cool, however i never dis anyone and never call them a tool or cus as that now makes you look the tool, instead of a nice guy

  • welI i'm reading through your replies and i see you calling everyone 'little' men, limp dicks etc it's all the same

  • Hi buddy, I only do it in reply, I never dis anyone first but Im a world champ wrestler so I defend myself, mostly in a jokular fashion but when they get personal then I hit back, Im no pussy and scared of man nor beast, and it is mainly little men who do this as it makes them feel big, but 99.9% wouldnt do it to your face, I only say on here what I would to the person if I met them.

  • alright then

  • ooh shut the fuck up

  • Typical response from a racist little boy hence your comment was removed so carry on watching half naked men on the internet you probably want to log onto muscle worship its probably more your thing

    have fun

  • Pauls accent <3 I'm seriously trying to immitate him ^^ Love it. Isn't it possible to see a vocal instructor or something to train an accent? XD

  • I dont have an accent its you guys lol

  • Hi paul,

is it possible to do the skull crusher exercise with dumbbells?

    Cheers

  • really good information here tnx triceps exercise really is good

  • Hey just a question for your 2nd workout with the Bar spreading your arms out. What happen if you feel more pain on your shoulders than the triceps? Because for some reason I'm doing that but feel mores on my shoulders than triceps.

Thanks and Great vid btw, I needed this.

  • Minter shorts

  • thx

  • Nice video. Very helpful.

  • would it have the same effect if i did the skull crushes with dumbells?

  • of course always use videos and routines as guides then adapt to your equipment accordingly.

    Paul

  • thank you for this its very helpfull your great thanks again from london

  • it's much better to do it with barbells, I'd suggest avoiding skullcrushers if you dont have barbells.

  • how come? i don't have barbells so...

  • i would add biceps with triceps

  • if I were doing a 5 day split then I would it all depends on your time.

  • hey.. what other muscles should i pair up when doing triceps?

  • I would do back and then if you want to work them twice i would do them with biceps, but make sure you have had at least 2 days rest on both biceps and triceps

  • Your a beast and your videos really are amzeing

  • I think thats a compliment haha, thanks very much

  • excellent video...

  • thanks for the compliment

  • can u help me out? im a 17 year old i want to sculp my body.. where should i start to work? shoulders, chest, abs? and can u tell me what to eat? thank you so much...

  • start with your chest and abs, when you're younger your metabolism is higher so you won't have as much fat so your abs will be easiest to show and define. Working your chest gives you that signature man shape (upside-down triangle). You want to avoid anything processed for food. NO pop, eat things high in carbs and protein (eggs, cereal: total, honey bunches of oats, cheerios w/ non fat milk, chicken, potatoes, veggies) those are just a few, also drink lots of water since muscle is primarily

  • composed of water, the rest is protein, so it wouldn't be a bad idea to start on some whey protein, no fancy whey protein, just get a normal container of it. You have to work hard though for the protein to be worth your money. If you don't work hard enough and you have to much protein you'll start to put on some weight.

  • Actually, I found that curling your wrist a little to the outside (Further to the back) with the overhead raises works it out better than holding it still and stiff.

  • 10x pal! Your videos are just incredible! Very nice explanations and good techniques!
