yes, but make sure that it's fully charged and 100% repaired, and I mean exactly 100%, which means 125% won't work, and if that happens, get a weapon with less than 100% health, take it with the weapon you want to duplicate to a black smith and go to repair and press repair all, this will repair all your 125% repaired weapons back to 100%

The best way is to use scrolls. Get at least 2 scrolls of one type (exactly the same). Select the scroll by holding down A. Then still with A held down, drop a normal, non-stacked item. If you have 20 Blizzard scrolls, you will get 50 items. This doesn't work with enchanted or stolen items. Also some others like Poisoned apples. It does however work with staffs.

one way to get daedric armor is to find all the spells and get a some person to dammage the armor and repair it and drop it till your armor spell wears off

sure, you have to be above level 20 to get them, then just go grave robbing, i usually find one every hour so it shouldnt take you more than 2-3 hours or a quicker method being grave/cave robbing to get one. i suggest green mead cave half way along the gold road between skingrad and the imperial city :-)
