it's funny because, according to the railway books, thomas is one of the oldest engines, older than gordon henry and james. and they all treat him like a kid.

I like how so many people are pointing out that the trucks constantly change but did anyone notice that thomas starts at knapford but then passes through henry's tunnel which is on the other end of the main line. And he passes through elsbridge before going up gordon's hill when it should have been wellsworth. And by puffing through henry's tunnel first he should've passed through maron before going over gordon's hill.

On a lighter note i love the classic series so much. HiT has ruined thomas.

One of the scenes showed two big trucks in the back with the guard but when Thomas is actually moving the truck with the brake guard is missing.

You think thats a bad continuity error? In the deleted scenes from this episode, in one he has no vans and just gondolas, and five more wagons than he used to have. In a second scene, the vans in front are gone and replaced by two tank cars.

notice his train changes; when he sets of from Knappford station he has two vans after the 1st truck and another van inbetween the last truck and the break van, coming out of Henry's tunne, it appears the last van has dissapeared and the two vans at the front arent there anymore; instead there is what looks like a long mail van and one smaller van behind it.
