  • To help out some viewers out there companies out there will use weight to market there products its about perforce trust me grafs r the best

  • I think u confused some people in this because they never acually stoped useing cp93 because there made in canada so therefore they can still use cp93

  • i bought a used pair of Graf 705's for $150

  • graf>easton,reebok,bauer,other!!

  • They are very good with repeling lace bite. I pesonally were grafs and i have never gotten lace bite

  • how are grafs for protecting against lace bite

  • I just got the skate today geting it profiled then on the ice tomorow in the middle of the summer

  • do a review of the new g75 ultra

  • i have this skate for a year now and they still look brand new and i tran 4 - 6 hours a week

  • guys can you review the 709 skate by graf?

  • wud u reccomend graf skates over bauer

  • @998uzi Graf... No, bauer if you're retarded.

  • @Lukaz432 what

  • Im an American, and football sucks dick, Hockey RULEZ!!!!!

  • put some black tuuks on those, look sweet

  • weird shape of skates the toe of the blade is really big on them.

  • every vid he has has 1 dislike

  • wow dumbo grafare made in switzerland but still best skates

  • @jskilladakilla nope there made in calgary

  • graf is the greatest because they have a good and a better version of each sizing and style of skate, not like other brands that start low and just go up

  • I have Graf 502s (they are less expensive than 705s) and they are an excellent skate. I bought my 502s slightly used and it only took one skate to form them to my feet with no pain spots after that. The 502s have a suede inner ankle liner which I think is best for forming around back of foot and ankle - can't beat natural materials sometimes.

I tried on new Bauer Vapor Flite skates($300) and they hurt my outer ankles so I am sticking with the Graf 502s.

  • I just returned my Easten S15's because they don't fit my feet correctly and were extremely painful. Picked up a set of Supra 735 ix since they are the same price and wow its a great skate. So happy with it. I can actually skate without pain and its an aggressive skate still.

  • These skates, and the 703, are the classic hockey skate. I have the 703 model and if you are a barefoot skater like me, the 705 and 703 are the way to go. So comfortable!!! Just make sure you pick the one that's right for your foot shape.

  • love to get a set of graf but with Plantar fasciitis RBK's are the only ones I have found they have alot of cushion in the heel of the skate

  • Question,

I've been looking at Grafs and thinking about maybe getting 735's or 703's but I read that Grafs have a tight boot and a more narrow one but I have wide feet and a tight boot but not too tight. So is there any comments you have on them or any other Graf skates?

  • @SoYxB0Mb

The Graf "regular" width boot is on the tighter side, but they do offer it in a "wide" option. I usually wear a EE width boot in Nike/Bauer and I wear the "Wide" option in Graf. What I like most about Graf (aside from the quality) is that the skate, naturally, has you on the ball of your feet more than most others on the market. For me, its much easier to ballance this way, and also easier to accelerate.

My biggest recommendation is buy from a shop who can properly size.

  • @wallis222 ok thanks a lot dude, this was really helpful.

  • is the graf G70 skate any good?

  • wow these are ugly.

  • hey whats your opinion on the graf supra 605? i picked up a pair a few months ago only skated them for about 10 hours before breaking my leg in a rollergame..(staying on ice for good after this heals). curious about the wear/durability of the 605 supra, its wierd almost seems like a limited edition can't find it anywhere except where i got it for 340 bucks, hope i didn't get ripped off, seemed like a great price for the boot, been over ten years since i got new skates, so lack to compare to much

  • @groombridge34 the supra 605 is a real model....not a special make up model. Depending on how much you play and your weight, the skate could be a perfect fit for you. Does your 605's have white on them? I know that the new 2010 version is all black. Your concern of the wear/durability....they are not bad...from experience, the new grafs are not as durable as the graf's models 6 years ago. They are going lighter sacrificing durability.

  • @laufiger916 yes i do have the white on them (kinda flashy not me)picked them up about 6-7 months ago. of all the other models i fitted i spend about 5 hours in the shop trying on boots and such, they were the most comfortable, i regretted not going to the 705 series for an extra 40 bucks, after my friends have the 705, hower the 605 is really responsive, i dislike the lighter plastic, kinda feels like if i get to rough tey might wear out faster then the old real leather. but the edge is great

  • @groombridge34 Overall, the 705 are way better skate for the price. But if you can't skate strong....705s can be troublesome as they are stiffer. 605's are responsive because the boot is flexing...which is great for some. I had the old 625 a long time ago...loved them.....basically a soft version of the 705. The 700's also have a much more durable outsole than the 600's.

  • @laufiger916 i have these skates and bauer 5000 supremes i prefer these but the bauers fit better (narrower round the ankle so more lateral support) would the 735 fit the same as the bauers as i've seen a pair dirt cheap .thanx for any help you can give me

  • @billboy1616 It is said that the Graf Supra 735 fit is modeled off of the popular Bauer Supreme 5000. The 735 has a narrower heel than the 705. In my opinion, the 735 will have more of a shaped heel than the Bauer Supreme line but still narrow. My suggestion is to try on a pair if you can.

  • @laufiger916 thank you very much :)

  • i didn't like the nt 3000's so what i did was replace it with the tuuk light speed 2's

it made the skate a little bit lighter but those skates last for ever and i give graf a 10/10

  • Advice: if u are new to Graf skates they may feel like the really keep you on ur toe side o ur foot. Which is good because you can't skate on ur heels. Graf is high performence and u can't beat it.!!!!!!!

  • how wide the heel compare to Rbk? could you make any video review on 735? if possible, includes comparison to other skates. thx

  • @ivandanu I responded to you earlier regarding the heel of a Bauer Supreme skate. RBK heel should be very close to the heel of a Graf Supra 705. The heel in the 705 is a pretty universal fit, thus most companies have this heel skize. If you have a narrow heel you should be able to skate in a 705 if you like it an if you have a wide heel, you should be able to squish in it. It all boils down to personal preference!

  • so will this skates fit better for flat arches person? i wonder why no one ever give some reviews about arch on skates...

  • Are these the newest Graf Skates ?

  • @MrCHEECHB they are the newest graf supra 705.

  • can you please do a review on the graf 600/700 gloves

  • Very inacurate information. The innovation of this skate is in how it's built and what it's made of, not how it looks. Graf hasn't used leather or suede in their skates for years. If you're interested in Graf skates, go to a reputable Graf dealer & speak to someone that has attended Graf's Skate Fitting Seminar.

  • why are thee so expensive

  • We sell Graf skates and ship them (pretty much anywhere) with free Maximum Edge blade profiling included as standard.

  • the best brand of skates i have been useing this brand of skates for my whole career of hockey!

  • Why is there a big gap between the heel of the boot and the holder (0:35, 3:10) such that the rivets/screws can be seen? Also at 0:25, it looks like the boot is too wide for the holder?

  • @alibettinger4pt It appears to be a gap between the boot and holder because the outsole is clear plastic. Therefore, you see the RMS screws in the outsole. You state that the boot looks like it's too wide for the holder...you want the boot to be wider than the holder or else when you are on edge, you are going to bottom out more.

  • what are the sizing guidelines on these? I am 10.75-11 in shoe size. Would 9 be too short?

  • @pz29 It's all preference! My advice is to try on the boot to see if it is too short. Each boot is different in Graf. For instance, a size 7 in a Supra 703 may feel short, but a size 7 in a 709 might feel better because it allows more volume (thicker feet). You say ur a 10.75-11.....my guess 9.5 would be a good fit. You may even want a size 10. Unless you are like my buddy who squishes 2 sizes down. I wear a 8.5 shoe and 7 is too tight, so i go 7.5 in all graf models.

  • Hey i used to make those skates. lol. And yes Graf does have sticks, they just dont make them bush actually does.

  • didnt graf make a stick now?

  • like 3 of them

  • Could you make a video about the Graf Supra 370's please and thank-you

  • These skates are awesome!!! i went through many diff brands trough high school, and once my foot grew to a size 17 US shoe i could no longer find skates... But this one comes in my size and is by far the best i have ever worn in my history of hockey. Graf Rules!!!!

  • i wouldn't skate with any other brand. Graf are solid skates! Once broken in they'll last for years, comfortable, average weight, and well constructed. I own the 705 and 727 skates and think they're the best.

  • you suck u fucking football fan

  • @dubd303 FOOTBALL IS AWESOME U FAG GO STEELERS

  • So you took the time to search up hockey related stuff, watch the video and comment and piss people off? You're a fucking retard man.

  • Are these too heavy

  • i had the graf g7 ultra but i went back to the graf ultra 707's due to their classic feel and prevention of lace bite (killer on the ankle)

  • The big difference between the Graf boot and the Bauer boot. Graf skates have a high cut boot, Bauer are low cut. If you have skinny ankle's you prob would be better off with the Bauer skate. I wish Graf would make a high cut boot, I love the traditional look of Graf skates!!

  • i have the GRAF 370's they r Amazing skates i love them !

  • Just bought a pair of these in last year's version, I'm getting t`blades put on them. Sooo stoked to get them.

  • grafs are one of the best lookin skates out there. These skates look better than all those flashy shitty ones today.

  • its called a classic look, something that should make a return in hockey. im tired of seeing tacky and terrible colors .. neon does not belong in hockey

  • I love the way they look, i have XXXX's, now those things are ugly.

  • the 700 series is still a pro skate, its been grafs top skate for years, the only difference now is that the g series is intended to be more lightweight and modern but the 700 retains grafs classic feel with carbon outsoles ect on the new ones. I skates on g9's and they felt nothing like 709's do

  • so comparing the x60's to the 705's still isn't really a fair comparison im my opinion, but thanks for clearing that up.

  • its lots fair, there both top of the line skates geared for different preferences, the grafs are still a stiff pro level skate and are very well made, the bauers are meant to be light and the grafs are meant to feel like classic grafs, just as the one95 stick vs say a synergy se

  • @Sharksfan27 the new 700 do not have carbon outsole....it's the plastic with a cloth backing to make it look like carbon! I was fooled too! How do the G9's not feel like 709? I love my 709's and i'm looking for a pair of G9. Should i not now since the 709's are better?

  • graf makes the best goalie skates

  • are these skates better or vapor 60s are better?

  • it depends on what ur foot is like and what u like better,

i personally would get the X60's cuase they were comfortable

  • @Thrashersfan101 there is a seven series graf for every foot shape.

  • you cant really compare the 705's to x60's. 705's aren't the top of the line graf skate.

  • yes they are.

  • From what i understand the G series are there top of the line skates, the 7's are a step down.

  • @ChristopherRobin94 the 7s may be a step down from the g series. but they are a step up from the x 60's. NHL players still use this skate even though they get no compensation. also there is no pro stock graf what you buy is what the nhl players buy. the retail x60 and the prostock x60 are two totaly differnt skates.

  • @anthony0803 There a ton of pro stock graf skates out there. Many NHL players are wearing custom grafs...Goc, Pavelski, Regehr, etc. I, myself have a custom pair of grafs and have some good and negative things to say about customs.

  • i have vapor 40s and there just extreemly light but i think graf is better but they cost a bit more but that is my oppinion

  • can you do the 703/g3 s? please

  • I have ultra g5's right now and they are no doubt unbelievable, but im thinking about changing to maybe nike bauer supreme one 95 any opinions.

  • 707 supra the best hockey skates in this world

  • the new lining is called, "airnet". Graf is using the "airnet" in all their new skates but it started in the new Ultra Series.

  • its actually GRAF

  • Can I say thankyou for going to the trouble to give me your review. I'm 45 and still like to skate in Melbourne, last week I was skating and broke my skate holder/Chassie... CCM skates I'm now going for the Graf 705 because I just want an affordable skate every sunday down at Oakleigh Ice Skating Rink, Melbourne Australia, thankyou again for giving such an honest opinion, by the way they are costing $799.00AUD

    Regards Darren

  • Can you do a review of the Graf 709 ?

    Thanks

  • I bought 703 two years ago. After one skate they were comfortable. I switched from Bauers. I have the Cobra blades and they are fine. Skates don't make you skate better. They are comfortable or not.

  • I bought a pair in December. A word of advice for first time Graph owners: It takes a lot of getting used to. The ankle is cut lower and the pitch is more aggressive. It's basically taken me about 50 hours of playing to get the feel of the ice that I enjoyed with my old skates, but it was worth it. Hang in there, keep practicing and you'll get it.

  • i just bought mine and they sent the wrong size and wont take a return, how lame, half a size too small isnt too bad but theyre still great skates, problem is getting used to the leaning forward runner

  • I swapped them for lightspeed 2. It's awesome.

  • really? and 50 hours? suddenly i miss working at a hockey rink now. how much did the tuuk's run you? i keep getting lots of negative feedback and about 30 percent positive feedback on tuuks

  • Honestly I gave the Cobras about 5 hours before I quit on them. I was skating horribly and I needed solutions so for $120 (parts +labor)I switched to LS2s because those are the holders I used on my last pair skates for two years. I figured swapping for LS2s would make the skates seem more familiar. I have trouble believing you get poor feedback on Tuuks. I'm pretty sure the consensus is that if you have the money you make the switch.

  • damn 120? its like 60 bucks here in arizona!. the whole negative feedback i get is because the tuuks make people stand straight and back on their heels. i cant say i had a blast on my first two times with the skates, and havent had time between school and homework to go back to the rink.but i felt i was gonna fall forward. But im used to the ccm holders not the newer Epro more like the ones on tacks

  • Well I had to get new blades too since graf uses different steel. Also if you don't like the pitch of the Tuuk you can add heel lifts and/or profile the blade.

  • i played a game tonight and i must say i was much more comfortable, i have shitty arch problems but that forever will be the problem, but these skates i might just stick with the cobras, they werent too bad at all

  • My feet are about as flat as they can get. My hockey shop guy took out the graph insoles and put in generic ones that have less arch support. He also used an exacto knife to cut out the foam arch support built into the arches of the skate. If you haven't already taken these measures I suggest you look into them.

  • well its weird, i went to a foot doctor and they said i have shitty feet lol, i have flat feet, but the arches are extremely high, so its flat on one side and super high on the other, sometimes it hurts when i play sometimes it doesnt.

I use shock doctor footbeds, but i will take them out and attach some arch support padding or something. as for the original footbeds, those are gone, i forgot them at the hockey shop and came back and they were gone unfortunately, thanks for the idea though!

  • We just released review video on SuperFeet footbed, big help the flat footed players.

  • SCORE!!! thanks man, or miss...i dont know

  • @thinkingjack Check out Graf Sidas' Custom Pro footbeds! There are pricy but well worth it! A salesman told me that a customer who got them done quoted once everything was done...."man, they feel like my moccasins" Doesn't that say how comfortable they are? SuperFeet and Sidas have different beliefs....each suits different feet. SuperFeet is not for me...but Sidas Custom Pro do. However, those Sidas footbed that were shown in the video do not suit my feet too.

  • @laufiger916 thanks man, i got a free pair of super feet and i haven't had a single problem with my feet since except breaking in my composite skates.

i will definately look up the Sidas footbeds though, good call man, thank you

  • yea as soon as i skated on mine i felt like i was going to fall falt on my face. i did some research and realized thats what everyones complaint is and most switch to tuuk. im going to switch to tuuks too,. im used to them. im going to put ls2 on them, i had custom+ on my last skates.

did switching to tuuks make them feel better?

  • Lesson learned: If you want good feedback about hockey equipment, don't ask people in Arizona! Ask a Canadian!

  • Comment removed

  • Whoaaaa hahaha some is lacking a sense of humour! So much for a sarcastic, light-hearted commented being taken as that. Next time I need skate advice I'll be sure to swing by Mexico.

  • ugh, well i thought you were one of the ignorant pricks from another hockey skate discussion trying to discredit me for being in arizona and shit. oh well.

anyway my mistake, as for skate advice, not everything is made in mexico but if you need advice, you can come to me if youre in arizona, i got the hook up

  • haaahaaa , right on! Grafs are the best skates out there ,

BECAUSE THEY ARE MADE IN CANADA ! I'M CANADIAN :D

  • @Angelos99990 err nottrying to be a smart arse (yes really) but you do know they are swiss? just pointing it out

  • @Angelos99990 ooowit oowit, fellow canuck

  • @Angelos99990 There Not You Obviously dont Play Hockey

  • @Angelos99990 LETS GO CANADA!!!!!!

  • how much are those?

  • 400

they are a bit heavier than other top end skates cause they are real leather and cotton

  • thats not too bad I guess

  • sr 300$ but im 13 so im buying jr at 150

  • it looks like its heavy for some reason lol

  • we got a gram scale so we gonna have weights for all the product. The true weight and not what manufacture writes.

  • lots of fast skters have grafs. i dont know why but they just do.

  • they are sooo comfortable

and they form exactly to your feet when heated up or just broken in 'cause of the leather

  • i have those but havent worn em yet

  • my dad has those but has a t blade

  • i got the easton synergy 800c is that a good skate?

  • thats the lower end model i believe, its still a good skate if youre doing recreational leagues.
