The Fisher King. Reid is telling Garcia the reason he wrote his mom every day was cause he felt guilty for not visiting her more. He also tells her the reason the other team members told only him their secrets was cause they knew he had no one else to tell them to except his mother. The look on Garcia's face at that point was quite sad. Until he tells the unsub in front of Hotch and Morgan his mother is schizophrenic, Garcia (from this convo) is the only one who knows she was in a sanitarium.

Actually, that's from the episode Revelations. When Reid is kidnapped. The kidnapper tells Reid to confess to a sin and Reid confesses that he committed the sin of dishonoring his mother by putting her in a sanitarium.
