my cousin saw 2 cops in a parking lot putting those things on the floor when u drive at it the tires will blow cos their are some biker are out law 1 went in the parking lot at high speed the tires blew and he was flyin so my cousin and his friends shouted at their highest voices over here dont go over there its too dangerous so they came and asked why is it too dangerous they explained and then they ran away but u cant kill them they have a life u can arrest them but not kill them
