Loved your photo's, Makes me cry, I lost my sheperd last winter,he was 10 yrs old and my best friend. He was SO smart,his daddy was a k9 cop and his mother was a search and rescue . He will be in my heart forever. Can't seem to find another anywhere.

I have two Shepherds! Respect to yours my friend! My big boy is 62 kilos and is the grand son of (world champ 2000 Ursus Von Batu)! and and the son of (3rd in the world 2000) He is simply our boy, we don't show him! We just love him as our friend! Respect and regards to you! We got the second from a rescue organisation and I suggest that to every one! Don't buy from breeders! My little girl is so greatfull! Believe me they know!

although beautiful white is not acceptable in the AKC, plus there are many other color variations than what you mentioned. such as sable, reddish brown and black or silver sable

When I was a little girl I had a German Shepherd and she was the best dog I've ever had. She used to wait for me at the bus stop after school and once pinned my cousin to a wall with her nose because he tried to hit me. She was the perfect dog. So sweet.

In my childhood we had 2 gsd,then I moved and started a family of my own and got myself a amstaff who passed on a year ago.This spring I am getting a gsd puppy.Nothing negative about the amstaff,they are a wonderfull breed,but I think once a gsd,always a gsd.
