I play SWG, ive bought in game credits before, and have always done face to face as SWG doesent do Mail trades. However, the last time I bought curency, I got half face to face, then the guy logged, and /tipped me the rest of it.

Now I think thats the reason i got banned :( because of the tipping. Now Im trying to decide weather I should try again by putting one item in my trade window, and make it look like i ripped the guy off.

Blizzard frequently hears excuses from gold sellers so they aren't likely to believe you when you tell them. "Hey, it was my friend Joe." Although asking them to look at the IP addresses can help prove your case if Joe lives in the same city. Just have them meet you for a face to face trade.

Yes, if you were looking at a ban without any chance of recovery, they would not have asked for info. Send them the info and just go step by step with them. the unban page on my site might help a little bit. This is a genuine ownership challenge. If you got the ID, no sweat.

i have done trades from 1k-10k and done about 50 trades in a 6 month time table and have never been caught so far. before trading with people i just did the gold for nothing and would get banned after so many trades but doing it with something in the trade for the gold even if its a cheap item works and raised no red flags so never have been banned for it.
