It's 28 deg in NJ as I type this. I had my L5 disc removed in 2001. I had a car accident - was rear ended by a drunk in 1988 when I was delivering pizza - college job. I have other herniated ones too.

I have lost the curve in my cervical spine (neck) it's better now, but still needs some work. Pizza delivery guy in college, huh? The Caspar movie I remember was with Christina Ricci. I was so upset since I didn't realize that Caspar had been a child who died. I'd watched the cartoons growing up and that never crossed my mind, until that scene in the movie.
