  • What's the weight on that bell? I'm guess 20k.

  • a better cardio and something more- STRENGTH, than any rowing machine, tread mill or cross trainer. Kettlebells have no match when it comes to strength and cardio

  • absolutely! Take 8 kettlebell exercises, perform 10reps with each arm, move from exercise to exercise quickly, perform as many rounds as your body can take, and believe me you'll be screaming cardio wise as well as building functional strength, strength endurance, agility, flexibility, etc....the beauty of the allmighty KB!

  • What's the breakdown of all the excersizes - I can't watch it and do it at same time and it looks awesome!

  • Hi thanks for the video.

Do you think it's actually possible to get a good cardio work-out from keetlebells as you would say from a rowing machine or cross-trainer?

  • Obviously depends on what you are doing, I'd assume he works up his pulse quite a lot from doing that stuff. Look at any tabata schemes and you'll probably understand it can be aerobically demanding doing those kind of things to.

  • Thank you!
