I'm not really sure this would have been sactioned a foul in the NBA: look at him when he starts to jump... there's no clear intention of kicking anyone, it's just a not-very-tall guy trying to go up to the rim as hard as he can.

It's true, he straightens his leg upon the defender but it can't be intentional.

Keep in mind, he's 5' something, the guy he knocked down 7' something... plus, the DEFENDER was moving.

IMHO, good call not charging anyone.

that would NOT be an offensive foul in the NBA. the defender is too far under the basket to draw a charge, the defender did not establish position AND the defender left his feet.

he made contact with his foot on the guys leg. you can see how much higher he was when he kicked off...he jumped and then went up a bit more..but you are right if he didnt kick off dudes legg and just went to the rim, it would counted as a defensive foul....but the guy could have prob blocked him if he didnt go bruce lee on his ass making the defender fall back..it should have been offensive
