I'm kinda stuck between the Canon 5D Mark II & Sony VX2100 they both look great but Cory said he used the VX2100 on alot of great videos that i liked alot which kinda got me hesistant about getting the Canon.

@assassinsgreed66 the sony is really old and the quality is not good at all. when he said he used it on alot of good videos, those were his really old videos. the canon 5d is waaaay better for the money.

@bBoyHeretic I've already made up my mind.And you probably haven't seen the Sony VX2100,it's really great and Cory didn't use it on old videos,you must have gotten mixed up because nearly all of his SMPfilms were filmed with it,and the video quality was astounding and top-notch.The VX2100 is the one for me.

@assassinsgreed66 I really think if you're going to be doing video then Canon is the best bet. Between Canon, Nikon and Sony - Canon blows the other two out of the water in terms of video quality and usability. If you just want pictures, it's between Nikon and Canon - Canon have a very nice range of lenses and you should be spending more on the lens than you do on the camera. I now have the Canon 60D and I love it to bits, it's such a great camera. Try before you buy though :)

Hey, um Cory? How much do those things normally cost when you buy them new? Because I just looked at the prices, and my jaw dropped to the floor. I mean, I know they're good, but is $1500 low for that Canon? I am in no way doubting youre sense of judgement, because I've got absolutely no clue on how those things work, but I'm just curious, since that's just a lot.

What I wouldn't give for $1500. Although, I suppose the same goes for a lot of people on here

@Dragonlover132 Well there are a million different things that make a camera better, the lens is a huge factor too. I think most cameras have 12mp nowadays. I don't know much about cameras, but I have used that particular camera, it's a beast. Rest assured, it's worth the 1500 dollars to a professional photographer.

buy a nikon coolpix p80. ive had it a good 4 to 5 years and it is very reliable. also, buy korean ramen(lamyen) you can eat some of them raw and they taste good. put the soup powder in with the raw noodles and its a bit of spicy crunchy, tasty noodles, not needed to be cooked
