  • ANy chance you can post the recipe for that frosting you spoke of? I also can't stand the Wilton's booklet one so ANYthing's a nice change!

  • Im also 13 i went online and talked to some few teachers and they all told me theyd had a 13 years old girl in their class so i was accepted you shoul go online to wilton.com and more info

    Oh, yuck too to the Wilton icing! They use that recipe for the classes and it turns off so many people!! I personally use mostly butter in my recipe, plus cream instead of water, sooooo much better!!

  • seriouscakes - the wilton icing is yuck! i use your icing and the real butter (vs all shortening) and cream instead of water really makes a difference. i actually find it easier to work with too!

  • @SeriousCakes * Also use the seriouscakes icing...instead of the wilton way, its really yuck, I got my Wilton 1 and my last lesson would be next week, I will probably not use the wilton way. I am silent big fan of yours *smiles*...I just add you to my facebook Seriouscake.
