  • Yo, Whats with the Sears commercial before the song? Fuck Sears.

  • In danish it sound like he says shall i fuck off

  • This was the first rap cassette I ever bought. Yes Cassettes.(I walked in the that place that called Disc Jockey. I wonder how many people remember that place?) I was just killing time and I remember the employee taking them out the shipping box and I said, "fuck it. why not?" I was impressed. I then mixed my love of Punk Rock with DOC, NWA, Public Enemy, EPMD, and Eric B. & Rakim. I pretty much still do. Damn talk about a flash back when I was in Jr high haha! Oi!

  • GTA-SA 4LIFE !!!

  • @senesful wow

  • This is easily one of the top ten beats of all time. I used to go bananas whenever this would come on the radio in 89.

  • sample from the sylvers

  • Comment removed

  • @aat556 I understand your point, I love old school: Rakim, Big Daddy Kane, Slick Rick, 2pac, NWA, Atmosphere, Brotha Lynch Hung, Spice 1, Big L, Masterminds, Jeru the Damaja, Too Short, Geto Boys, ect...but what they spoke about was not on the level that it is today. Todays real concious hip hop is not sustaining the residue which these guys left, they speak about the world and its problems, a larger situation and educate their fan base. The old school doesnt come close to the level of today.

  • 5 people are lil wayne fans

  • GTA SAN ANDREAS xD

  • hell yea lol

  • 5 people can't count and aren't funky...

  • R.I.P. real rap 1979-2003

  • @dasriteneyuka How can you say that rap is dead, when songs like this one will live on forever.

  • Lay the lyrics on the top like a rug "

  • If flake(i mean drake) flowed anythang like this, there would be no debate and todays kids would have a new rapper! I don't know about you all, but The DOC is in my top ten, (I bet you all never saw it that way) think about it, and then get back to me................

  • @LGKids His name should be FAKE not DRAKE ;D

  • all time classic hands down .... better yet get yo hands up !!!!!

  • One of the greatest rap videos of all time

  • @xSouthSide13 look it up on google thats how i follow famous people

  • ONE OF THE GOATS HANDS DOWN BUT AFTA 3 VIDEOS IN ONE DAY HE ALMOST KILLED HIMSELF IN a 95MPH WRECK HE LOST HIS VOICE NOT HIS LIFE,AN HAS WROTE FOR EVERYONE CONNECTED to DRE SINCE 89-TILL?

  • The DOC might have been one of the greatest minds to come from NWA. Its a shame that he was in a car accident where his vocal cords were severed. The DOC and Dr.Dre, no one can do it better!!!

  • @jkcsdaddy Fuck DRE and death row enough said

  • @thinkred25 oooh Tough Guy! Fuck you too!!!

  • this guy could have been a legend

  • @FDAPO lol he is a legend cuz even though his voice got fucked up he still continued writing for eazy e and dr.dre for the classic albums Niggaz4Life and The Chronic

  • @MrTHUGNIGGA09 no no niggaz 4 life was largely written by MC Ren only a bit from the DOC . MC Ren wrote NIGGAZ4LIFE. The DOC wrote The Chronic for Dre

  • @nbcc100 cool bro i just thought d.o.c wrote dre's rhymes on niggaz4life

  • this shows you don't have to cus and say nigga every 5 seconds to rap

  • @BigDanClan -You're right brah. Today's music executives promote this ignorance & stupidity. All these whack ass rappers today can't rap without cursing or using nigga on every track. Their not creative enough or their inability to put together music that has substance, passion, soul or a meaning. Same old shitty ass beats, repetitive lines, & garbage like ho's,bitches, money, cars, strip clubs, bling, guns, violence, beef ,fuck this, fuck that ect. These tricks have sold their soul for blood money.

  • Put it in the middle and drop it on the one...boyee!

  • LOL, I remember being a 8-year kid, riding shotgun in my uncles cutless, leaning to the side like a was the shit, bumpin' this jam. Man, the years fly by. What happened to Rap Music? It fucken sucks donkey nuts now.

  • how can you dislike this? this is so real! when biggie and tupac died and all the old school rappers stopped rapping, thats when rap ended, which was along time ago, which was in 97

we need tupac, D.O.C, biggie, NWA, and Eazy back

  • @musicoutdated amen

  • @musicoutdated Eazy was a studio nigga, but his beats were dope.

  • @SnipesWithWolvesV2 studio nigga are you crazy? he sold drugs to make Ruthless did you forgot?

  • @iLoveGanjaIX After he got his money to start, he supported himself with his music. He would still continue to act as if he was still working the streets in his music, however. Hence me calling him a studio nigga. Doesn't mean I'm saying he wasn't big in the past, he just continued to act hard in his music, which I'm down with.

  • @SnipesWithWolvesV2 eazy was a studio gangsta? this is one of the dumbest comments i ever saw...

  • @musicoutdated fool real hip hop still exists and is stronger now than ever. Check out artists: Orphans of Cush, Rhyme Asylum, Cyrus Malachi, Lewis Parker, Triple Darkness(UK) not the US, Immortal Technique, Lowkey, Army of the Pharaohs, Melanin 9, Klashnekoff. The underground is still pretty solid, in the US and extremely strong in the UK.

  • @fr0stythehitman1 yeah but I guess his point is he trying to rewind to where hip hop all started and was the best. back to when it all started. and I do admit that some underground rappers are keepin it real, but I think it was a crapload more stronger back in the 80's and 90's than it is today. underground rappers are simply sustaining a coma which will never recover to what it once was.

  • @fr0stythehitman1 ya fool but we on u.s terms music today is shit

  • @musicoutdated

Nigga 98 DMX dropped two albums, Pun dropped, LL came back, Jay-z finally blew up, Canibus Dropped, 99 Nas dropped two albums, Dre finally got back on track, etc. How Hip Hop died in 97?

  • @musicoutdated OMG RAP IS NOT OVER......U MUST LISTEN TO ALL MAINSTREAM RAP......LOOK AROUND THE INTERNET

  • damn... Dre had the best samples back then

  • Picture it....1989-1990..Senior year...KCMO....Central High School....man those was the days....this song really takes me back to those moments.

  • yall ready for this?

  • the whole video when they showed eazy e i thought he was gonna rap

  • subliminal ? must be a home studio artist with a 4 track bouncing shit..... its called multi tracking / not giving a f*ck

  • Notice the subliminal bullshit in the background??

  • 523 Ogs vs 5 faggots who is gonna win

  • This is how u know the devils out there were doin witch craft to keep back the god given talent

  • Mannnnn!!!!

  • D.O.C. would be considered one of the greats had he not been in that accident. This man was mean on the mic.

  • @nomibe2911

This album still to this day is shittin' on 99% of today's hip hop. Let's not mention all DOC's ghost writing...he is one of the greatest and the most influencial when it comes to "gansta rap"

  • @nomibe2911 So true.

  • @timpate73 Dre produced this track.

  • Im so glad I was born in 1982, reading these comments from the youngbloods makes me so sad for them that theys didnt have a good childhood due to the dried up rivers of flow.

  • Foster Sylvers Misdemeanor

  • Thiz iz tha best song ever!

  • The D.O.C. was ahead of his time lyrically. "Stop Him in his tracks and show him that I am Ruthless." Thats a late 1999, 2000's type line

  • @cla6986 I was 17 when this came out. Man The DOC was one of the illest mc's to ever get on the mic. Lyrically ahead of his game for sure. I remember everyone playing this track here over and over.

  • This track is 20+ years old and it is still ahead of it's time...

  • sample?

  • @123asd260 Sample from The Slyvers.. I forget the same of the song..

  • I don't really give a shit what anybody says this is when rap was rap I ain't saying that I don't feel certain rapper's out there now but most of these rapper's out now ain't got shit on none of these rapper's from back then & that's the truth Ruth....

  • hey now i can hear that the beat is from : Foster Sylvers - Misdemeanor

  • This guy is pretty much the creative force, lyrically, for the old Ruthless line-up. Cube and Ren added as well, but DOC was brought in for song writing pretty much. Then he took his skills to Deathrow as well. I wonder how well he and Tupac would have worked together.

  • yo i played this everyday when it first came out

  • Is it me or this guy look a bit like J.R. Smith?!

  • Don't forget the Loc and the Starter Raiders Jacket..those was the day when Rap wasRap

  • @ Ben.......This dude was harder then E and Dre'....Dre' got his name ''Doctor from this dude.....

  • @hamburger229 'Dr.' based on the nick name of Julius Erving, Dre from his name, An|dre. Dr. Dre.
