@seatbelttruck That's not Mira's father, it's Lord Angstrom. He undermined the Tangean Royals, trying to seize power with the help of the Grounders. And later on led a life of crime, so yes, he is a villain. xD

Well, yes. this is the cartoon based off of Toy Story. It's called Buzz Lightyear of Star Command (or BLoSC for short) and it's about Buzz Lightyear's adventures as a space ranger.

Steel, you actually made comic Blosc a tad bit frightening! Ooooh, that Vartkes is VERY CREEPY. The lyrics were great, I adore the twig part and the kneeling; they fit so perfectly with the lyrics!
