how do you get the car to be so quiet? my traxxas slash, when it hits the ground off a jump, even when it's smooth, clanks around. is it because the battery wires are too long or what because it's really getting annoying.

Truck seems to handle well...the center of gravity looks pretty good too...Not the fastest thing I've seen but looks very consistent...

I have THE RTR version it is very weak. the gear is broken in 10 minutes and the ESC is broken in a few hours. VERY PISS OFF on TEAM C

@MTRGSR Thanks! I will continue to do this. The reason I leave out the music & fancy promo-style editing is so that folks actually interested in spending the big bucks on an RC can get the most realistic representation of the experience of driving the thing. Since I don't sell these things and I'm not trying to earn sponsors, I just want to show it like it is. Music videos are really enjoyable to watch & get tons of views, but they make things look way more exciting than they really are.

I have an important question. Is the HPI Blitz a good beginner model? or should I get the HPI E-Firestorm:) and now my most important question is , what is the difference between a 8.4v pack and a 7.2v one? Could I just change the packs without risk? I really would love it if I would get a reply:D

@MrTRISTANCOOL An HPI blitz is a very tough starter truck. They realy can take a beating, i would definetly recommend it. Also an 8.4v battery pack has 7 cells which are each induvidual battery, A 7.2v battery has 6 cells which just means it would be less power. With a Nimh battery you dont need to worry about risk between packs but with a lipo battery you do because they have more power and are geared to experienced drivers.

@SpaceManDawn The ones it says in the video ;) AKA Enduros. Absolutely the most wrong possible racing tire for these conditions (hence my traction problems), but they're what I had and true to their name, they last a long time.
