  • Thanks!! The grapefruit thing is super easy: just cut the grapefruit in half, score it like a pizza into 8 sections, cut around the peel to separate the fruit from the outer skin, smash light brown sugar into the top, and bake it at 350 degrees until hot.

  • @genghisgirl grape fruit is one of the foods you can eat raw, its so weird that your taking this challenge then baking fruit.. it seems like your diet is very limited I assume that the 25% not raw would be going into cooking meat, bread, rice and veggies like potatoes or eggplant. to be honest I find this whole raw culture intresting as I eat almost all my food raw and it soo strange that this is a "challenge". I think i'd die if I ate all my food cooked.

  • Nice update. I've learned it's a lot harder than I thought to go raw. Especially when everyone around me is eating steaks and hamburgers.
