@Roofer429 Dude, I love my front brakes. It's safe and stops on a dime. rear brake is ok for 25mph and under, bot I would slide 10 ft or so w/out 'em. Just saying. Cool ass bike BTW.

nice im 16 and i got an old dt250 dirt bike rebuilt motor im pullen the motor on it and im maken a hard tail bobber its gunna be nice and its gunna be dif its gunna be liek the only 2 stroke bobber:)but there no power band its only got 21hp and does 140km but will be fun to ride around on im gunna put it on the road and ride it for next summer then sell and make another one but 650 cc or somthen liek that

I am thinking about building my own, and need to know if the Kansas Kustoms Hardtail is made specifically for an xs650 or can i use it for a 750? I found an original 1978 xs650 with 7000 original miles, but the motor is locked up from sitting over the years. Wants $600. Where did you get the majority of the other parts to the bike, ie: gas tank, fenders, handle bars? Thanks, Craig

The hardtail is made fort he 65o itself. I got a lot of the parts from jireh cycles. Mikes xs has a ton of parts also
