I wouldnt say the iPod coming along was a good thing. I can get into it but it will be a long drawn out debate. If anything, it was a cool small digital format that many still use, although niche, because the units and discs outlast many an iPod even after heavy use.
MiniDisc players are better than iPod's in every area other than storage capacity. I pity you, uploader.
