I am so confused on what he does at 0:5...I'm not even sure what he's doing...if he showed me right next to me I might get it...O_o If anyone can do what he did just then, can you make a video of it, but show from the front and back of you?! PLEASE! :)
What he did at 0:45 REALLY hurts actually, or at last to try and rest your knees on the ground! I really wish I could stick my leg behind my head on demand w/o having to hold it.
Do you know this person in real life or was it just a show?
