I would have thought the title would be obvious; it's BATTLE ROYALE! There are a lot of spoilers, so I'm sorry if the movie is ruined for you. Since the premise is about High School aged kids forced to kill each other 'till the last one standing, it stands to reason you expect very little of the film's main characters to survive anyway.
