@BgMack27 I do have all of the files needed to make this city, however none of it is organized.. it's all just a collection of mods and buildings I've downloaded. In order to get the city to view properly I would have to copy my entire mods folder and you would have to straight paste it into yours. Might be a pretty huge file. I can try to upload some more pictures/progress too though.

well now i relooked at it the sub way and l's are ok except the blue line doesent go elavated in the middle of down town its underground till it hit the free way
