With these two its more a question of who has the better choreographer than it is who is the better dancer. Especially, if you go by the videos shown. They're obviously both really good, but all of this is choreography, no freestyle. Nothing to say any one of them is better than the other on his own. I think Justin's moves are just more unique. Usher's moves are more athletic. I can tell Usher has it in him if it were a freestyle, but based on the choreography, I like Justin more for this.

I've been to both JT's and Usher's concert performances. Justin wins, hands down. Now, this is not to say I don't like Usher, but I agree with "iatoan". And neither artist's music videos do them justice because thay are much better dancer than what you see in the music videos. Dancing for 2 minutes in a music video is not comparable to memorizing choreo for a 2.5 hour concert.

Marty Kudelka's (his choreographer) routines are hip hop based with a slight jazz fusion (also see kenny wormald & nick bass) . As a dancer I can tell you JT's choreography is more difficult to execute then ushers. They're both amazing, but JT covers more dimension in his dance and dances more so like modern growing hip hop in the west coast, which currently has the mass majority of celebrity choreographers.Doesnt mean hes better, but he demontrates more skill
