  • that show's you just how dumb fodchecker is... damage is done by weight and not by just throwing a package ... someone didn't stay in school now did they ?

  • LOL tht explains SOOO much, next time im gunna pack bricks in my suitcase and try to see them throw it

  • @KesselnLeafs First of all fuckhead....anything over 50 lbs will cost you at least $100 extra. Second, anything over 100 lbs will be considered freight. So take your bag full of bricks, open it up, take one in each hand....and smash your fucking skull in!

  • @ttopps6969baby Wow, Why're you so offended, youre acting like ur the dude in the video like jeez calm down it was a joke

  • @KesselnLeafs Heavy bags get treated worse. Trust me... Im a ramp attendant! Heavy Bags get the "Look at this jack ass packing heavy... Give er the treatment"

  • its US Mail, and their policies are the same as airlines policy, every piece should be able to withstand a four foot drop. Maybe you should contact the Postal service and tell them you dont want them contracting out their work to third parties because its cheaper, while still raising your postage. I have worked for three different airlines and everybody handles mail the same way. I hope I broke your CPU because fucking CUNT! Let me videotape you while you work and police you!! ASS

  • its only mail, i dont mind if my post is treated like that... who does

  • @PilotUnknown Well it so happens I have a new computer coming so I happen to mind.

  • No wonder when I fly . My baggage tag is damaged.....

  • he must toss, its heavy and the next is 2 sec behind it, being careful wit ea piece takes 10x longer to unload- and ur bags would take an hour to get to bag claim!

  • such care he showed

  • Under a time crunch, and I have not throw one bag of mail in 23 years.

Its not hard to give a crap about your job and other peoples items that they have trusted you with. That long 12x12x48 box couldve been an expensive golf club...not anymore after a 100lb bag of parcel gets thrown on top of it.what about the bags at the bottom of the mountain.how safe are those graduation photos?

  • cadluvski knows nothing.

I work for the post office, we would NEVER toss something like that.

Envelopes contain CDs, pictures, and other sensitive items.

Its NOT just paper, you idiot.

And that wasnt a UPSP worker, so its not bulk Library or Media post either.

If someone is sending it thru another courier, they have paid a premium and deserve better handling.

Its not that hard I do it every day.

  • Whoever filmed this and titled it knows nothing. This is NOT luggage...IT IS NOT YOUR FRAGILE SHIPMENT...they are HEAVY, UNWIELDY, BULKY BAGS OF ENVELOPES. Try it yourself--Try picking up these heavy bags and stacking them while they are coming at you on a moving belt.....Would love to see you try it.

  • True this is clearly USPS bulk cargo! I hope thos letters in cardbord boxes dont get hurt!

  • They can be rough sometimes, however, the sorting machines for checked bags are much more punishing.

  • i totally agree with that, i have sat in a bag room watching it and to tell you the truth, its probably broken before it reaches the plane

  • shut up pig defender

  • yeah u moron, thats mail. not baggage or anything fragile. get a life.

  • true mate... that is mail. so no matter who throws it:)b-handlers or guys in the mail sort area:)

  • Buddy, i offload the same kind of mail all the time, those bags weigh like 10 lbs each, they are NOT fragile. they are light ad filled with envelopes and small boxes.

  • theyre not all 10lbs they have a max weight of 70lbs and believe me some of them are 70lbs

  • fyi i am a ramp agent and thats not fragile stuff thats the us mail which airlines usually have in yellow bags and white containers.

  • I'm a ramp agent. When I travel I have a tag on my bag that says "Be as fucking brutal with this luggage as possible." Fragile bags irritate me.

  • @ledero5 Dude some things ARE fragile, like electronics and artifacts and what not,a ramp agent of all people should know that. I guess there's a reason why you ended up as a ramp agent.

  • @ledero5 hahaha YEAHHH

  • more like mail cargo fromt eh look of it...those are not fragile

  • those are mailbags, not fragile cargo. and look how bloody fast they're coming off the belt. would you rather he placed every third bag carefully in the barrow and let the rest fall off the belt and pile up?

  • the priority for the rampers is to get bags/packages/whatever from a-b. not to be gentle with them and handle them in the best way possible. dont take fragile things on trips. if you do, make sure that they stay with you.

    dhl it

  • second thing was a gun (in a box) lol

  • thats sad :(

  • fucking fag

  • Yous complain about how hard work it is and if yous knew what it is like then why did yous choose that job then?

If YOUS were passengers YOUS wouldn't like YOUR bags being tossed about!

  • We are passengers. That get to fly for FREE! LOL! We also know how to spell.

  • some of these people think we are suposed carfully handle each of there bags that weigh like between 40 and 90 pounds ya right let them through bags for 4 houres straight then lets see how carfull they feel like being ill slam the crap out of those bags do i give a crap,,? hell no i dont :P pop a fragile sticker on your bags so we might hamdle with care no promises though lol

  • yup once had to do a chartered 767 Zoom airlines baggage room shift, eventually got this backpacker bag witch i prety much tossed it in that can till i heard somethin break , wen i came bak 5 mins later to toss another bag it smelled awefully like wine inside that can so be carefull wut u pack and hope to god ur fragile sh*t dosent remain at tha bottom of a full AKE or an ALF god forbid

  • First off this is a UNITED airlines guy throwing MAIL NOT BAGS!!! Second I work at ORD and it's too damn cold come the winter months to care about your bags and its contents. If it breaks, CARRY IT ON!!! I for one will not spend anymore time then i have to in -5 degrees with a wind chill of -20f. If its a dog, sure, I'll take good care of it, i'll be nice. if its your Guitar i won't throw that, but a bag of clothes and tooth paste. COME ON......

  • cool.. you work for UAL? i switched form UAL mainline to cargo...

  • Machines? Nah. I think people just need to get out a bit more earlier sometimes to make it a easy job. But it depends. It's the airlines that need to change to a better and easier stratagy. As for the kicking systems on the belt. Boy, I can't tell you how many times I see bags come down soaked in alcohol cause of some dumb fuck putting wine in their luggages. And that's due to the shuffling system we have. it's brutal. And people bitch at us for tossing a bag of clothes wrong.

  • We need to invent a machine to do this.

  • Machines will break stuff too. The kickers on our belt system could probably knock your head off.

  • also pack ur bags lighter. lifting 32kilogram bags when ur crouching, in 38+ degree heat, then u will understand. it looks rough, it is rough but we usually get u away on time so shut up! who pays our medical bills cause u pack ur bags heavy? we do, you dont so shut up. u dont like it, walk, drive, go by boat or train. have our job 4 a week and u will know just what its gonna be like

  • I feel you, if your things are so fragile put that sh!t in your carry on or shit the fu"k up

  • Hello to fellow baggage handlers!=D people fail to realise that in 25 mins we have to unload and load the bags and refuel! We have no choice but to throw the bags! bare in mind, we slide them along the floor, rather than chuck them! if you want to leave on time, deal with it! If you have something that is that fradgile then for fuck sake take it has hand luggage or ask to have it seperated from the rest! and dont take cheese, it fucking stinks in 40+ degree heat in a cargo hold!

  • What airline do you work for buddy??? Aint no Airline let their employee fuel

  • i only just started but shifting over 280 bags, in 38celcius degree heat, with the black tarmac, no clouds, you 'passengers' tell me, would u throw quick to get it over and done with? plus if we went so gentle like i dunno, holding a baby, well then u would be complaining of delays. u dont pay our chiropractor bills so shut up and deal with it!!!

  • Deal with it, people. These 'handlers were just keepin' it real. They don't pay 'em enough to kiss your ass or wipe it. YOu want a cheap ticket? This is what you get.

  • To all you ignorant peices of shit who bitches and moans over their pink fuckin luggage getting thrown. Get a fuckin grip. I can only imagin if you fuckin people would stand out in the cold and windy rain unloading then loading a aircraft, then tell me how you feel about the 100 plus bags being pampered. You fuckin' people seriously need to stop pissing in your pants about this shit. He was being easy anyways. He has to be faster then that at EWR. Trust me.

  • I'll tell you all what, you stop trying to fit your whole damn house in your bloody siutcases, and we'll stop breaking your shit. Ever hear of the term "Pack light" this may be a whole new concept for most of you. And another thing........most of us don't do this for the money, it's the free flights around the world.

  • Fuck you baggage handlers - You guys should stop breaking everyone's shit - just because you weren't able to secure a good job in a capitalist economy doesn't mean you have to ruin everyone's stuff.

  • I hope your bag gets fucked up next time u travel. taking bags on airplanes IS A PRIVELEDGE NOT A RIGHT!!! get the fuck over it

  • i love beating the shit out of your baggage here at LAX, I love the sound of things breaking.

  • haha too true mate too ture, good shit

  • I worked as a baggage handler in the early 90's and for many of my co-workers "fragile" literally meant "how far and hard can I throw this". Your probably better off not putting the word fragile on your check-in. Just make sure to pack it extremely well or carry it on.

  • Orange and blue sacks are the worst I found. Usually come off a Gulf or an EK. And we all know how heavy those bloody arab airways bags are.

  • Thats not your bags its mail and if it was your bags we would be smashing them alot harder !!!!

  • fuck you man....you have no idea how hard this job is!!!!

  • WORK IS SUPPOSED TO BE HARD, JACKASS. WTF we supposed to feel sorry for them? Don't like it, leave.

  • I was a baggage handler in Canada for six years. The job is not as easy as it looks, especially around X'mas time. Don't bitch and complaine about these people on the ramp until you try the job yourself. You think you could do a better job? Go ahead and try, I fuckin dare you. You would'nt last an day.

  • thank you.... i only been working on the ramp for 4 months i worked during the holidays and i loved it...

    United Airlines ...ORD...

  • I hate USPS mail. Unloading it is shity!!!

  • I was impressed with that move he did on that long box.

  • Not bad, if u noticed in the video he had some more cargo inside the cart with a pallet under it, why didnt u show how he loaded that heavy freight?

  • Most legacy carriers no longer carry US mail. You have not seen mail, like what I saw on flights on the Delta ramp 97-02.The Orange sacks were the worst!

  • It's sacks of mail... You HAVE to swing them like that because they're heavy and awkward.. They don't contain anything delicate either, and we're aware if it, so we handle them accordingly.. Come work the ramp for an HOUR, and then fill us in on any suggestions you might have on better ways to handle bags.. Or here's an idea.. Go to the Gym, pick up a 35lb dumbel and just curl it for eight hours..

  • is this mail

  • When we say we thow bags for a living that is not an understatment...we "Throw" bags, and mail and frieght...but rest assured most rampers will handle FRAGILE items with care.

  • no kiddin gotta love workin incomin flights from BZN....who puts fucking rocks in thier luggage?!

  • this aint bad...i've seen worse, experienced it...went on board and checked in with my mom with a good suit case, arrived Curacao with a broken handle and a broken leg....i was really pissed

  • All suitcases break eventually.. A good one will last for years, while a bad one will break the first time..

Now, the most common reason for breaking the handle, is the owner overloading the suitcase in the first place.

  • Damn right, the the pax wonders why it broke, cause you have 82 pounds of crap in it retard!

  • This guy is going slow. When you have 40 minutes to unload 120 bags and three tons of mail off an Airbus 320 and load it up again and push it out, you can't give every little box and bag the white glove treatment, unless you want your flight to leave an hour late...

  • ...or get fired!

  • you think this is bad? you havent seen anything yet.

  • Fragile shipment? Hardly...like the dude above me said, that is mail, which consists of paper and paper products...what is so fragile about paper inside of paper inside of a vinyl bag? Moron...

  • no shit ppl bring so much useless shit these days im wn ramp @ mdw youll be throw shit before you know it and thats only mail aka pieces of paper so who gives a shit if they throw it

  • try working the ramp and see if it takes you more than 30 seconds to start tossing bags

by the way, the word is "shipment"
