@AWDracer well she was being selfish and wanted a wooden cabin on the farm. For her and her husband (now ex`s) my grandpa got whatever his family wanted. But

my aunt got the most stuff. every Christmas. Anyways. they started cutting down trees. one morning. He woke up early and went out to cut trees down. No one knew that he went out. So he went up to this one tree. started to cut it. and he thought it was going to go one way. but he cut it wrong. And it fell towards him. and crushed him.

@AWDracer he was taken to peace river hospital. but they did`t have the tools to help him. so they moved him to Edmonton hospital. He died there. It all started with her. I hate her for that. i was only one. seven days after my birthday 1995. I never met him.

Now when ever my grandma`s anniversary comes. she cry`s because she is alone. So people have to keep her company. Everyone thought that she was going to go first but instead it was him. My dad was in grand prairie at the time

@AWDracer they both broke down. He got news by a phone call. He than told my mom. Everyone was sad. and he always drank. When i asked where he went. They said that he went to the store to get some food. I stayed up the hole night waiting for him. He never came. that is when i knew he is gone for good. i asked that when i was three or five. so i promised myself not to drink any alcoholic drinks.

I have an old TRL Jan. 1999 episode with this song on it, but it says it's on an album called "goodbye". Where's that CD? The Spice Girls really were a phenomenon- it has not been matched. It was 30+ years since the last phenomenon The Beatles and then the Spices were the next. I seriously doubt there will be a band that ever gets that huge again because songs with true meaning and real beauty like goodbye don't come around anymore. What a fitting end to the Geri era this beautiful song was.

This song makes me terribly melancholic. We can say what we want but the chorus girls band the 90s at the beginning of 2000 had something more original that poignant Pussycat Dolls and the others. I think that only the Destiny's Child, the TLC and the Spice Girls really deserved that we pay them attention.

This was their farewell song to Geri. It's still absolutely beautiful. After all theses years I still don't think there are any bands out now that are anywhere near as loved as the Spice Girls were and some of the new bands coming out are absolutely horrid. I listen to almost anything, even songs that aren't even in english and some of the bands coming out are making me cringe now. I think I'll stick to the older songs that actually have meanings.

I miss 90s pop, I really do. Music from then, in general, carried a message and sounded nicer... not like all the random crap that's being spewed from the mouths of current "artists". And I say "artist" lightly/mockingly, because there is no art to the music. It's just bubbily, airheaded... stuff. It's getting more and more rare for me to actually like a song now. I don't even bother buying CDs as I once would, because over half the tracks on a CD, I'll find myself hating. Waste of money. DX
