i once wen to my mom's bf's house. there was a bed full of them...and i slept there. wen i woke up in the morning, i was all itching and annoyed. i had bumped everywhere -.- i didn't go home for like 2days straight, had to throw my clothes and book bag away cuz my mom was afraid there might had been eggs in them....its very annoying. i hate them! it like impossible to get rid of them, so they had to throw all the furniture away....be careful in movie theaters and hotels (-_-)

BET YOU DID NOT KNOW THIS Bed Bugs can tell if there is someone in the room at night because the CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) level in the room goes up.They live in phone sockets/ cracks in the wall etc,NOT just in the bed mattress. They are VERY hard to get rid of,You CAN get them just by buying 2nd hand goods from charity shops and eBay (They lay there eggs in clothes/inside shoes etc) Once the infection takes over they can be almost IMPOSSIBLE to get rid of them. 1 in 12 homes have them in the UK.

the apartment that i was living at had them, i dont know how they got them but it sucked. Usually people who travel a lot gets them from different countries and bring it back to the states and such (that's what I heard).

they are very common in new england (from maine to virginia) and you get them from someone who has them in their furnature and they get in your stuff AND the only way to get rid of them is to fumigate ur house and throw ur bed away

right, that's what i did. One more good thing to do : purchase a cheap bed with a metal frame and place 4 pots of water under each leg of the bed (bedbugs can't swim and can,'t fly, so there will be a physical barrier between you and them) That way you will sleep well and they won,t be able to reproduce themselves (they need blood)

This is so true! It's getting bad at my house! They drown easily, too, so if you can, get them on paper then flick them into the toilet or the bathroom sink, then drain the sink/flush the toilet. I have a collection of papers that I used to crush them with, and they just keep coming!

BB eggs are about 1 mm in length and can be seen with the naked eye if your vision is good. The newly hatched bb's are about 1mm in length and are tough to spot because they are almost transparant golden yellow color. Hart to spot on light colored mattresses or furnature. They blend right in. But their dead give away are the fecese they leave behind. Those are quite easy to spot.
