for those of you like myself who bought the tone only to find out you cant set mp3's as your ring tone (or those of you who would buy if you didnt already know you cant do that) you can go to phonezoo. com after you buy it and send it to yourself as a ring tone...they even customize it to your wireless provider and phone so it will work.

I am in no way affiliated with phonezoo. com i was just very angry when i figured out i couldnt use the ringtone and figured this may help someone else

Got it, it's grea,t Thanks. For the poor canadians with Rogers, you can get this ringtone on your phone, even if it is not a DRM mp3 or your phone is not allowing you to use your own ringtones , and you're forced to buy them from Rogers.

You need to be able to receive e-mail.

Either a 1$ 1day internet pass, or a data plan.

And use a 3rd party webiste, like ventones. At one point there will be a warning about Rogers and Fido. Check the box and voilà. You can use your legit MP3 as a ringtone.
