Fallout New Vegas was a total waste of $60, it was a disgrace to the Fallout franchise. Fallout three was amazing and I'm hoping Fallout 4 will be the same.

But no, being in first person and shooting doesn't make any game automatically an FPS. It means it has FPS-style combat. Oblivion has sword-fighting combat, but that doesn't make it a first-person sword-fighting game.

I mean, you can spray and pray, snipe, stuff like that for the FPS part. Sneaking and armor is the RPG stuff, and of course the third person is the TPS stuff. It's safe to call it a F/TPRPSG or something like that :p.

At the end of September. Bethesda must have signed another timed exclusive deal with microsoft. To do it simply get 3 followers fire one of them and get another one and then go back to your fired follower and ask them to rejoin you. It worked for me and I ended up with like 6 followers. I even had the patch for the PS3 and it still worked but later on after naval rock I was limited to 3 again.
