That truly is a nice tour, concept, and idea. I'll be one of the first if the city gets around to actually transforming the area into what was shown.
"Do, or do not, there is no try" - Yoda @ 3:18 ^^. Just do it, don't "try" heh.
The part @ 4:20 looks the most pleasing to me. I can just imagine Google Earth, Theweathernetwork, and Deviantart being flooded with images from this area when this gets transformed.
