I think what this is, is that you are getting a superheated steam, not a plasma. As far as i'm concerned, you need alot more energy than you could produce with a microwave in order to produce plasma. The color of the gas comes from a chemical inside the grape. Point is, this sint plasma, unless there's some phenomenon about microwaves and grapes that i should know haha
