  • wow cool i got a 72 dodge charger SE b5 blue white vinyl top,hot rodded 440,727 slapstik, i wish i could have my dad paint it cuz it needs it, he does vinyl but not paint, very cool challenger

  • Dodge only made the T/A in 1970. The 440 was only available in 1970 and 1971models. The 318, 340,and 360 were the only engines offered in 1973. Dodge never made a 440 6 pack T/A . The rarest one built is the Hemi Challenger convertible.

  • Beautiful car!!!

  • whats with the "T/A"? did that replace the "R/T"?

  • t/a ment trans am series... r/t was road and track

  • i've never seen that before. is it one step down from r/t?

  • the t/a series are the rarest and hold a higher value, they made low production numbers, in 1970 the t/a were equipped with 340 6 packs.. I believe they made just over 500 of the 73 challenger 440 6 pack t/a.... this is not a genuine t/a.. but does have the true t/a exhaust, and rear window louver.. that was not installed untill after this video was made. this car acually has 2X4bbl carbs i like to call it an 8pack..

  • thats cool. u take it to the strip yet?

  • we recently changed the camshaft, a bit to radical for the street... haven't driven it since the camshaft was broken in.. having msd issues, the box has to be sent out.. wont be untill early summer before we test it.

  • man i wish i had that car!! Same color, same everything. Love it!

  • thanks..

  • if I remember correct, you'll need a 5 or 5-1/2 inch back spacing.. different tire manufactures have diferent tread width.. this 295mm brand had the widest tread width, supposed to other brands..

  • they are 295's with a 11 inch tread width..

  • thank you....im just considering sizes for mine

  • what size tires are you running on it? they really fit the car nicely

  • Nice if matching #s.

  • it's nice even if the #'s don't match (and they can't, considering they didn't put 440's into E-bodies in `73) Sounds and looks like a nice piece.
