@TheReginamatermoon al leer tus comentarios se puede denotar que no sabes distinguir en lo que hoy en dia es la lirica popular y la verdadera Opera, te invito a que esuches a tarja cantar Opera, esto es un musical y por ende solo se usa la tecnica lirica mas no el Canto Operatico. Tarja no tiene que envidiar a sopranos como Netrebko, renne fleming, o Angela Gheorghiu ya que es soprano lirica como ellas y lo hace tan bien como ellas. Damrau esta en otro nivel Damwau es MAGISTRAL!

Sara lirica??? no creo que sarah tenga tan poco conocimiento de su registro XD, de donde sacaste eso? si sarah fuera soprano lirica cantara de otra foma diferente las sopranos liricas tienen mayor potencia en la Octava central de su registro con gravez expresivos y agudos potentes! cuando digo potentes no a dar agudos chillantes sino agudos con una colocacion fuerte y sobresalir de la orquesta mediana.

Sí, Sarah Brightman es soprano lírica, su nota mas alta es la nota final en The phantom of the opera, su voz es bastante melosa, su fuese soprano ligera, su timbre tendria poca resonancia, por decirlo de alguna manera, además, las ligeras tienen dominio en el agudo y el sobreagudo. Además, las ligeras tienen por obligacion la colatura.

Así que de soprano ligera, Sarah no tiene nada.

En algunas cosas tenes razon, menos en que Sarah es Lirica, una soprano puede tener la tesitura que sea y trabajar la coloratura ya que la coloratura son los adornos de la voz, acaso las mezzosopranos no pueden ser coloratura al igual que los bajos??? Sarah es ligera, pero no estudio lo suficiente y la nota mas alta que da Christine es un mi5 segun la partitura, pero Sarah puede cantar mas allá del mi5 un Fa5 o fa sobreagudo.

XD bueno pues ella es ligera porque no tiene la potencia de la soprano lirica y es rica en los gravez, ademas para ser lirica ella tendria que tener una octaba central poderosa y no lo tiene, al contrario debe destacar los agudos ya qeu sus grabes son pobres, si llega a los gravez pero si lo hace con una orquesta creo que no se escucharian sus gravez.

pues no estoy deacuerdo, ella NO ES LIGERA porque su voz tiene buena resonancia, cosa que la ligera no tiene y eso se nota bastante. Además, que su nota mas aguda sea la de Christine en The Phantom Of The Opera no quiere decir que sea ligera por llegar a ese agudo. Su voz es dulce y melosa, aterciopelada, y su color es mas oscuro que el que deberia tener una ligera.

Por cierto, Tarja Turunen controla muy mal los graves, asi que lo de dramática me lo pensaría.

nel, sarah no solo aprendio a impostar la voz , eso es muy obio, tambien aprendio muchas cosas que tarja no podria hacer con su voz, honestamente no se de donde le veas buena tecnica a tarja con su vibrato uno se da cuenta de lo mala que es, y con lo de la "belleza del sonido" pues la voz de sarah fue muy limpia y pura, con un gran brillo y bien timbrada y homogenia( nunca perdio su timbre en todo el registro) me recuerda a Sutherland,
