Well Tubenuub, if it appeared that they failed in their interpretation etc it;s probably because the music to the clip wasn't the music they were working to so it would look odd - I know Donelda was using "The Pink Panther" and it was good. It's not only Collies who do it and it's not just in England, if you want to try it with your own dog try the PawsnMusic website or caninefreestylegb and they will put you in touch with someone near you who can show you how to train it safely and enjoyably.

I remember going to a Purina dog show a few years ago, and as an intermission they let people with dogs (that were not competing) compete in dancing. There was a little girl, probably about 6-7 with a Great Dane that she 'slow-danced' with by putting its paws on her shoulders. They were so cute!

Only England?  There are like hundreds of dog shows all over the USA (and Cat shows), there are cable channels focused on "animal talents." It is not something uncommon.
