Great technique! The problem is there is no resolve. All of the choppy technique driven parts you are playing create musical tension. Without a proper resolve into something that makes people feel like they can grab onto and understand for a while, the listener is left with an uneasy feeling. It is almost like having all verses and no chorus...You have serious chops if you work on your musicality I have no doubt you will develop into a beast!

he is playing at one speed, probably from years at practicing at that speed. byw .. all single stroke rudiments. very easy to learn and apply at fast speeds. ( couple double strokes in there but not consistently ) good for entertainment on the street only.

Hmmm... You're pretty fast, and you have stanima, I'll give you that. that solo, however, doesn't have much texture, or soul, and it's pretty boring. I admit it's sometimes fun to go to a drumset and bang around a bit, but to listen to that isn't so pleasant. I'm not saying you're a terrible drummer, and I don't really think that that's the only type of solo you do, but I don't know, I could be wrong. Anyways, keep rocking, and work at it.

I saw this guy in kilkenny last year and he was very good and whatever about busking being about slumming it , i work on grafton street and i'd much prefer to have this guy outside my shop than the complete shite i have to listen to every day. not to mention the so called "artists" who spray paint themselves all one coulour and stand still for the day. glorified begging and nothing else, at least this guys got talent.

Although you do have to attract attention the first half of this vid particularly un-musical and therefore fairly unimpressive, when he gets a regualar groove despite being a bloody blasst beat it picks up but you need either to be seru#iously hot shit Benny greb stlye to carry a musical groove and then do hot poo stuff over the top or you need backing. atleast he is tight though.
