Oh yea, both of their voting base consisted mostly of the dissaffected youth and upper middle class intellectuals and professionals. Both were very close to their lower class mothers while emotional distant from their bureaucratic fathers. Both were racially different from the usual leaders of the their countries (Hitler was original Austrian and did not become a German citizen until he ran for office), both promised a "new politics," both tended towards socialistic economics. Obama's candidacy does resemble Hilter's run for the chancellory in 1932. Both were on the forefront of using modern technology for political campaigning, both appealed for national unity and national glory using the power of the government to rally the population, both were very vague on specifics, both great orators, both held huge rallies with very enthusiatic emotional crowds, both made extensive use of simplistic slogans, both had humble backgrounds from the hinterlands. Yah, real eerie. About as eerie as the fact that I talked to two people named "Matt" today. In politics today, candidates speak in broad, sweeping terms. The only difference between Obama and McCain in that sense is that when McCain talks in broad terms, he's usually talking about the economy rather than social welfare.
Obama didn't come of a humble background, considering he was raised in the burbs in an upper-middle class home.
Your similarities have about as much validity as numerology.

It is beyond me why anyone would follow a mans beliefs (Hitler) when that man suffered from Manic Depression. Also, he was a reppressed homosexual and the biggest reason he hated the jewish people was because the Academy of Fine Arts of Vienna rejected his application twice and the people who denied him were jewish. His artwork was average at best, check it out for yourself.
