did you talk to the 2 scientists near the ruins of alph after you went into the secret rooms? I dunno if anything happens but seen no video's of anybody doing that and a machine in the corner is unfinished in the beginning of the game =| and they say they would investigate the appearance of the unkown.

Need to catch (or kill) the 3 legendary dogs, talk to Euseine in Celadon city Pokemon Center. He'll tell you to go to Tin Tower.

Go there, and one of the Wise men will give you a rinbow wing, will will start your maze to Ho-oh. It's level 80.
