Bitte einmal "So you think you can bench" von Dave Tate ansehen. Falls du Dave Tate nicht kennst: "He holds Elite status in powerlifting (in three weight classes) with best lifts of a 935 squat, 740 deadlift, 610 bench press and a 2,205 total." also mit einer der besten Powerlifter der Welt. Wobei ich jedoch zweifel, dass du des Englischen in notwendiger weise mächtig bist um obenstehende Sätze, wie auch das Video zu verstehen. Mfg

@thekid0010 its supposed to be touching the bottom of his chest, when u bench heavy , touching it to ur chest can mess up ur shoulders

@thekid0010 no its actually a great technique- it landed at the bottom of his chest then pulls it back to the top of his chest. i do it too, it's the best way to train every part of your chest at once its also harder not easier- try it if you want

gute leistung. jedoch würde ich an seiner stelle mit seinem hohlkreuz achten, das hat er nämlich beim drücken benutzt, was auf dauer sehr schädlich sein kann.

@iVoiceActors Das nennt sich eben Bankdrücken und Bankdrücken ist nun mal eine Ganzkörperübung!
Dass er bei der Ausführung ein Hohlkreuz hat, ist also völlig normal! Und wenn man es richtig macht, gibt es damit auch keine Probleme! ;)
