@TheJcp1234 When the Souix or Cherokee took a rival tribes land by conquest, it was justified but when immigrants or Americans conquered the Indians, it is unjustified. When the Cherokee expanded their territory they killed the men, and forced the women & children to become Cherokee. If they refused, they could join the conquered men.

We are so compassionate that we allow Indians the privilege of sovereign, self governing non-citizen status.
