nunchucks are probably the hardest weapon to control. after the strike you have to compensate for the extreme recoil/bounce... but, one good swing and you'll crack there head, the momentum you get can be deadly! but of course, its not realistic.
I wanted to master that weapon but I was always worried about the how practical the weapon would be in a self-defense situation. I think a balisong would be much more practical in close range weapon defense.
A butterfly knife. The proper term is balisong. It is a close range weapon invented in the Fillipines. There are hundreds of videos on YouTube of people doing tricks with them.
@vir123456 oh i see... ya, you probably can't carry those around out in the public. thats the great thing with the kubotan, it doesn't look like much. its legal to carry on a plane and in a post office (given if you have the wooden types).

i just recently picked up a Kubotan ninja spike. look it up. i think thats as practical as you can get.
