I think Lacus is the strangest anime character. She has such big eyes and bright pink hair and her english dubb voice is horrible haha. But i love her songs.
I think Meer can't replace Lacus even if she will takes a lot of surgical operations. But then I see that Meer has a golden heart co'z she saves Lacus Clyne from danger causing her death
