It's definitely a fantastic exercise. Really homes in on some important things.

I'm not sure, they did just retire double beat this pass year, replacing it with double beat 9000, but I think that it was a few more years left in it.

Some good points. Thank-you for taking my comment into consideration, and making a valid argument, instead of just giving me a bunch of thumbs down. Again, good points, but they seem to be those that should be covered at the very beginning of a drummers career. I think that any drummer with some serious playing ability could knock this exercise down with ease.

stands suck in the stands, but if you're warming up then i think they're ok... There's no point in holding a drum for so long when you do it constantly anyway you over exert the body and it'll crash.
