He does mention this in several areas. This clip isn't the whole speech. He talks about "white resentment" (as well as "black resentment") and referencing that poor black communities are "a problem that welfare policies for many years may have worsened." He acknowledged this and gave a through and accurate description of the state of race relations in this country.

While I admit that Obama speaks with the experience of a man twice his age, I believe that his speeches leave a lot to be desired. He speaks in complete generalities. It's difficult to figure out his stand on any issue. His goals are admirable yet he seems to have no idea how to go about achieving them, and if he does, he never talks about it.

How do you expect your church not to be segregated when it teaches it's members to pledge allegiance to the Black Value System which requires ALL resources be spent on the BLACK community?
