a Red Phantom Tetra is not a "Pristella", so I think

I have both regular and gold pristellas, and they are such wonderful fish! I didn't know they came in a red variety. I just buy fish from my LFS, and we've never had red ones. I'll have to look these up.

I'm not 100% sure but... I think their common name is "Red Phantom Tetra"
